| Iron black and shell powder are used as biological inducers to prepare oyster-induced concrete,which can induce a large number of oysters to adhere densely to the marine engineering concrete structure,and realize the high durability of the marine concrete structure and ecological integration,that is,it can resist the erosion of the marine environment.,To extend the service life of marine concrete structures,and to promote the green and sustainable development of marine ecology and maintain the diversity of ecosystems.In order to explore the effect of concrete inducing adhesion of oyster larvae under different dosage gradients of iron black inducer and shell powder inducer and its influence on the performance of concrete itself,the following experimental studies were carried out.In this paper,iron black and shell powder are used as inducers to replace mineral admixtures in concrete,and the mixing ratios of single admixture and compound admixture of the two inducers are refined.3%,6%,9%,12%,25 groups of concrete mix ratios are set according to the arrangement and combination.Through laboratory oyster larvae adhesion test,compressive strength test,electric flux test,capillary water absorption test,mercury injection test,autogenous shrinkage test,drying shrinkage test,the induced adhesion effect of oyster-induced concrete and the performance of concrete were evaluated,and select the concrete mix ratio that can not only induce a large number of dense adhesion of oysters,but also ensure that the performance of the concrete itself has no great influence.As for the adhesion of oyster larvae induced by concrete,the inducer has a significant promoting effect on the induction of oyster larvae adhesion,and the effect of compound admixture of inducer is better than that of single admixture of inducer.For concrete compressive strength and impermeability,single addition of iron black inducer will reduce concrete compressive strength,increase chloride ion permeability and capillary water absorption,and increase porosity.The single-mixed shell powder inducer had little negative effect on concrete compressive strength,chloride ion permeability resistance and capillary water absorption.When shell powder and iron black inducers are mixed together,the compressive strength,resistance to chloride ion permeability and capillary water absorption of concrete are greatly affected by the recombination gradient of the inducer;for the volume stability of concrete,the single addition of iron black inducer It can increase the self-shrinkage of concrete and reduce the drying shrinkage of concrete.The single-mixed shell powder inducer has a certain inhibitory effect on the self-shrinkage and drying shrinkage of concrete.Compared with one of the inducers,the self-shrinkage and drying shrinkage were greater when the two inducers of iron black and shell powder were mixed together.Taking into account the effect of concrete-induced oyster larvae attachment and the influence of the basic properties of concrete,the A1 group is the best when only 3% of iron black inducer is added.The B group series were better when mixed with shell powder inducer alone.When the inducer was compounded,the C3 group,that is,the iron black content of 3%,the shell powder content of 9%,and the D3 group,the iron black content of 6%,and the shell powder content of 9%,had a better effect. |
