| With the continuous development of electronic measurement technology,ultrasonic has been widely used in the field of ranging.At present,ultrasonic ranging technology is widely used in industrial measurement,safety warning,vehicle obstacle avoidance and other fields.In order to further understand the development of ultrasonic ranging technology,this paper uses literature research method,patent information analysis method,comparative analysis method and core patent comprehensive value index method to analyze and study the patent technology of ultrasonic ranging from the aspects of global patent development trend,Chinese patent development trend and core patent.First of all,the overall analysis of the current situation of global ultrasonic ranging technology patents is carried out from the perspectives of global application trends,patent technology composition,main applicants and technology flow to understand the global development trend.Secondly,the specific analysis of China’s ultrasonic ranging technology patents,including the applicant type,provincial and municipal distribution,patent technology composition,main applicants,legal status,technology development path and national economic composition,to understand the current status of China’s ultrasonic ranging technology patents.Thirdly,the core patent comprehensive value index method and rough set theory are used to identify the core patents in the field of ultrasonic ranging technology.The core patents are analyzed from the aspects of application trend,applicant type,main applicants,related technology composition,application field distribution and technology flow direction.Finally,based on the above analysis,conclusions and suggestions are drawn.The main research conclusions are as follows: China’s patent applications in the field of ultrasonic ranging technology have grown steadily and become the main contributor to patent applications for ultrasonic ranging technology,however,in terms of technology flow,the patent layout is concentrated in the country,and the overseas patent layout is less;the top ten applicants for global patent applications are all enterprises,while the top ten applicants in China are concentrated in universities,and the research and development capabilities of enterprises are weak;in terms of the distribution of patent provinces and cities in China,the number of patent applications in East China is relatively large,and the number of patent applications in Jiangsu Province ranks first;the failure rate of Chinese patent is high,and the reasons for failure include unpaid annual fees,rejection,withdrawal and so on;the number of core patents in China is small and the quality of patents is low.According to the analysis conclusion,the following suggestions are put forward:Strengthen policy guidance and expand overseas patent layout;promote technical cooperation between universities and enterprises to promote patent transfer and transformation;popularize the knowledge of patent application process and establish an integrated patent maintenance platform;improve the quality of patents and promote the development of core patents.The innovation of this paper lies in: Selecting ultrasonic ranging technology as the research object,from the perspective of patent analysis;core patents are identified by core patent comprehensive value index method and rough set theory,and core patents are analyzed in detail. |
