Research On The Application Of General System Theory In Quality Control Of Jinmao Boyue House Construction Project

In recent years,the rapid development of urbanization in China has led to the increasing demand for house purchase,the increasing number of housing construction projects and the acceleration of construction speed.The excessive pursuit of engineering construction speed has ignored the engineering quality,resulting in frequent engineering quality problems.Housing project quality problem affected by many factors,however,and the quality of housing project has the influence of the complex and uncertain,therefore,the application of general system theory to system building,housing project in building the system to identify the key factors affect quality,find the quality control point,effective quality control measures are put forward,It is very important to establish the appropriate application mechanism in the industry to effectively control and avoid the quality risk and achieve the project quality goal.Firstly,the paper analyzes the common quality problems,causes and common quality management measures of housing construction engineering,demonstrates the feasibility of the application of general system theory in the quality management of housing construction engineering,and analyzes the applicability of ISM model.Secondly,taking Jinmao Boyue Housing construction project as the supporting project,the general system theory was applied to construct the responsible subjects,objects and supporting subsystems of quality management respectively,to complete the decomposition of the system and the primary selection of quality influencing factors.Through the method of questionnaire survey,the influencing factors of quality are screened again,and a multi-system integrated quality management system is constructed within the life cycle of Jinmao Boyue House construction project to achieve system integration.Then,the key elements of quality management in each system are identified based on ISM,the key points of quality management are divided,targeted quality management measures are formulated,and the effect of quality management is analyzed.Finally,the application mechanism of systematic quality management system of housing construction engineering is constructed,the basic framework of application mechanism is designed,and the application mechanism and measures of systematic quality management system in different stages of housing construction engineering are proposed.Through the application research of general system theory in the quality control of Jinmao Boyue House construction project,this paper clarifies the important role of relevant government departments and construction units in promoting the high-quality development of real estate industry,and establishes the application mechanism of systematic quality control system of housing construction project.To a certain extent for the relevant government department of quality control policies and the construction unit to provide a basis for the application in engineering entity,help the government departments and the construction unit in the housing project implement effective quality control,the whole life cycle of housing project quality control of the proactive thinking,overall planning,overall propulsion has certain reference value.
