| The problem of urban drainage is an important link in urban governance.As an important part of urban drainage system,sewage network is responsible for the collection and transport of urban sewage.Due to the rapid urbanization process and increasing displacement,a large number of solid particles and suspended solids in the underground sewage network are easy to form precipitation and siltation.At the same time,the excessive Angle of the intercepting pipe linked to the inspection well leads to the complicated flow field.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze its hydraulic characteristics and add optimization measures for rectification to ensure smooth flow and stable operation of the project.Xuzhou Kuihe Sewage interception main pipeline project(from Yuanqiaozha to Huata East section)is buried 10m underground,and No.1~No.6 sewage inspection Wells are connected to the interception pipeline.Due to the deep buried depth of the pipeline and the high cost of manual desilting,this paper established a physical test model of the main sewage pipe according to the research data,and studied the silting in the sewage pipe through the erosion and silting pipe to reduce silting,making the bottom silting become suspended,when there is a flow of water,the effect of desilting and reducing silting.At the same time,the flow field and flow pattern of the inspection well are analyzed,and the rectification measures of the guide column are compared to find out the rectification optimization scheme of the inspection well to ensure the smooth flow.According to the test,the diversion column can improve the flow field flow pattern in the inspection well and sewage interception pipe after adding the optimization measure of diversion column in the sewage inspection well with large Angle.The results show that,with the increase of the Angle between the axis of the guide column and the axis of the downstream pipe,the main stream in the characteristic section is more inclined to the right side of the wall of the downstream intercepting pipe,and the main stream enters the downstream intercepting pipe more directly.With the increase of flow rate,the area of return zone in the inspection well decreases obviously,and the area of high speed zone in the center of characteristic section is larger,and the velocity attenuation along the well is accelerated.The velocity uniformity decreases first and then increases along the intercepting pipe.The velocity distribution is uneven at the entrance of the intercepting pipe,which is greatly affected by the Angle.The velocity uniformity is relatively stable at the distance of 5 times pipe diameter,and the velocity uniformity is between 81%and 85%,and above 87%at the distance of 10 times pipe diameter.Adding the guide column can improve the uniformity of the intercepting pipe velocity and improve the flow pattern of the intercepting pipe flow field. |
