With the rapid development of wireless communications and other information technology,with the frequency system has also ushered in new challenges and development,in the military and civilian and many other security fields have been widely used.As the main component of the security system with frequency system,bear the burden of security warning,its reliability largely affects or even determine the strength of security capabilities.With the frequency system has high requirements for reliability,but it is a complex system is limited by the number of products,test costs,test cycles and other requirements,the number of field tests is limited,there is a small sample of reliability assessment problems.Meanwhile,as a complex system,the frequency system has rich sources of reliability information for its internal component equipment,including similar product test information,expert information,stage simulation and test information,module component test information,field test information,etc.However,the multi-source reliability information also brings the problem of unified form of reliability information and difficulty in determining the weight of data fusion.The multi-source reliability information is the reliability information of the frequency equipment,which cannot be directly used for the reliability evaluation of the frequency system.In view of the above problems,this paper will conduct research on the reliability assessment of frequency systems,and the specific research contents include.For the problem of determining the technical route of frequency system reliability assessment,considering the reliability data sources of frequency equipment and systems,discussing the reliability assessment methods of frequency equipment and systems based on the characteristics of reliability information,and determining the reliability assessment ideas of frequency equipment and systems by combining the reliability assessment requirements of frequency equipment and systems in engineering.For the problem of data fusion of reliability information of frequency equipment,considering the situation that the form of multi-source reliability information of frequency equipment is not uniform and the fusion weight is difficult to be determined,based on the characteristics of multi-source reliability information of frequency equipment,the maximum entropy method,reliability growth method and component reliability information synthesis method are used to realize the unified transformation of multi-source reliability information into success or failure type reliability test data,and the cardinality fitting The superiority test method is used to determine the inheritance factor of reliability information of each source,i.e.,the fusion weight,and combine with Bayes data fusion method to realize the fusion of multi-source reliability test data of frequency equipment,and based on this fused test data,combine with the nature of Beta distribution to realize the reliability evaluation of frequency equipment,and verify and analyze through engineering examples.For the reliability assessment of the frequency system,considering the actual situation that the frequency system has few fault samples,we use the moment estimation method to obtain the reliability equivalent test data of the series or seriesparallel commonly used frequency system based on the multi-source reliability fusion test data of the frequency equipment,and then combine the reliability field test data of the frequency system to obtain the reliability equivalent test data and field test data of the frequency system based on the binomial The reliability evaluation results of the frequency system based on the equivalent test data and field test data are obtained respectively by the approximate evaluation method,and the weighting weights are obtained by the hierarchical analysis method based on these two evaluation results,and the reliability evaluation of the frequency system is realized by the weighting synthesis,and verified and analyzed by engineering examples.It provides theoretical guidance and reference for the reliability assessment of frequency systems with multi-source reliability information,and lays the foundation for the improvement of security capability.
