| Strip mining of the stone coal mine destroyed its original morphology,native vegetation and landscape,and formed a wide range of bare rock slope.The ecological restoration process of rock slope in the stone coal mine is an extreme kind of process of ecologic succession.Many factors had a profound effect on the process of ecological restoration,such as heavy metals pollution,plant growth,plant community,soil condition,soil microbes.In this study,the community changes of the ecological restoration process were investigated to further analyzed the influence factors among recovered time,soil matrix,heavy metals content,soil microbial ecological structure,and heavy metals were enriched and transferred at different organs of Indigofera amblyantha Craib in the restoration of stone coal mine slope.The main results were as follows:1.The result of density,plant height,coverage or crown,and the important value indicated that the Carex siderosticta Hance and Indigofera amblyantha Craib were the dominant plant of herbs and fruticose community,respectively.There had no significant effect on the different slope positions,but the bottom of the slope was helpful to shrub plants grow.2.After ecological restoration,the soil matrix was influenced by stone coal,the p H value decreased more obvious,and then future restored gradually.Among them,the effective phosphorus can be hydrolyzed nitrogen and phosphorus,potassium in the observation first falling within the year,the late rise;The total organic matter as a whole has been increased.In the process of ecological restoration,the content of Cr,Cu,Cd,Pb,Sb and V increased from leaching of stone coal mine of rock slope.Through the redundancy analysis,Cd,Sb,V of soil matrix had a strong influence on the important value of plant,but the other heavy metals had a little influence on the important value.3.By analyzing the composition of different types in the rhizosphere microorganisms,it found that the Indigofera amblyantha Craib group(R2)had a higher abundance than other bacteria and fungi,and the diversity index was also higher than other groups.The Gemmatimonas and Conexibacter,Tricholoma and Fusarium were the dominant bacteria and fungi in R2 group.These species contained nitrogen and phosphorus transport-related species.The results suggested that Indigofera amblyantha Craib had the advantages to the increase microorganism species and diversity index in soil rhizosphere in the process of ecological restoration.4.The stems(phloem and xylem),leaf,and root of Indigofera amblyantha Craib used in ecologic succession were higher than that of the control groups.The changes of content of heavy metals in many different parts of Indigofera amblyantha Craib were disagreement.The Pb,Cr,As,Ni might accumulate in the root of Indigofera amblyantha Craib,the Cu,Mn,V were enriched in the leaf.The Indigofera amblyantha Craib could enrich and transfer Cd,Cu,Mn from the soil of rock slope of the stone coal mine.Meanwhile,it had been well-tolerated to Pb,Sb,V,and Cr. |
