Research On The Application Of NC System Of S Company In Financial Control

In the economic environment of economic globalization and regional economic integration,the management environment of enterprises has undergone fundamental changes,and the development of enterprise groups or scales has become a trend.To better respond to fierce market competition and adapt to new situations and new changes in group financial control,centralized financial control systems for enterprise groups have been rapidly promoted.As a comprehensive enterprise in the geological exploration industry,S Company has become a competitive group company in the industry by gradually adjusting its industrial structure,eliminating outdated production capacity,and closing loss-making companies.The promotion and application of the NC system by S company have improved the efficiency and level of financial control,created value for the company,and exposed issues such as system operation system defects,insufficient financial understanding of the new system,and non-standard system design management.Therefore,it is necessary to further study the application effect of S company’s NC system.This article first discusses the research background and significance and reviews relevant literature at home and abroad.Based on the theoretical knowledge of financial control of enterprise groups,this paper systematically summarizes the concept,model,and basic theory of financial control.Subsequently,S company was selected as the research object of this article,introducing its overview and financial control situation.Based on this,the necessity of using the NC system in S company was analyzed.By studying and analyzing the specific implementation process of the NC system in S company and the main application modules of general ledger,expenses,budget,capital,and accounts receivable and payable,the problems that occurred in the application implementation process of the NC system were summarized.Based on these issues,combined with the actual situation and industry characteristics of S company,suitable evaluation indicators for the implementation effect of the NC system are selected.The weight of each indicator in the evaluation system is determined through the expert scoring method,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the application effect of the NC system.Finally,based on the comprehensive evaluation of the implementation effect of the NC system,corresponding guarantee measures and improvement strategies are proposed in a targeted manner,to help S company improve its financial control mechanism,enhance its financial control capabilities,maximize the company’s interests,and gain a stronger competitive advantage in market competition.At the same time,through such research,it is hoped that it can provide a certain reference for the centralized financial control work of other similar companies,and provide a reference for the construction of enterprise financial informatization.
