Research On The Spatial Dependency Of Online Hotels And Scenic Spots POI In Shangha

With the wide application of electronic map and hotel online reservation,the relationship between hotels and POI,which is the main expression form of electronic map,has attracted increasing attention from academic circles and hotel industry.This study collected online hotels and scenic spots POI in Shanghai,using average nearest neighbor,kernel density estimation,natural break point classification method,OLS,GWR and other methods.This study discusses the spatial distribution of online hotels and scenic spots POI,analyzes the spatial relationship between online hotels and scenic spots POI,and reveals the spatial dependence between overall online hotels and scenic spots POI,online hotels of different levels and scenic spots POI,and online hotels and different categories of scenic spots POI.In view of the spatial relationship between online hotels and scenic spots POI,the study proposes the location selection of future online hotels in Shanghai,which provides empirical support for the location selection of hotel industry and the rational layout of tourism industry.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Both online hotels and scenic spots POI in Shanghai show spatial distribution characteristics spreading from center to periphery.(1)The spatial distribution of online hotels in Shanghai is characterized by large core agglomeration within the Waihuan road and small scattered core outside the Waihuan road.The cluster core is mainly located in Huangpu District,Jingan District and Xuhui District;There is little difference in the spatial distribution of online hotels of different grades,showing agglomeration distribution characteristics,and the agglomeration degree of online hotels of different grades is slightly different.(2)The spatial distribution of scenic spots POI in Shanghai is characterized by agglomeration and multi-core dispersion.The agglomeration core is mainly located in Huangpu District,Jingan District,Changning District and Xuhui District.Different types of scenic spots POI differ greatly in spatial distribution,and the agglomeration core of each type of scenic spots POI is located in different regions,but all of them show a agglomeration distribution pattern.(2)There is space dependency between online hotels and scenic spot POI in Shanghai.In a word,there is spatial dependence between online hotels and scenic spots POI,and the spatial relationship between online hotels and scenic spots POI will change with the variation of their geographical location.The high spatial dependence area is mainly distributed in Huangpu District,Yangpu District,Hongkou District,Jingan District,Putuo District,Changning District,Xuhui District,Minhang District and Pudong New Area.Through further analysis found that,the spatial dependence between hotels of different grades and scenic spots POI in Shanghai is different.High-end hotels and scenic spots POI have the highest spatial dependence,low-end hotels and scenic spots POI have the medium spatial dependence,mid-range hotels and scenic spots POI have the lowest spatial dependence.The high spatial dependency areas of different levels online hotels and scenic spots POI have differences.In addition,the spatial dependence degree between different scenic spots POI and online hotels in Shanghai is different.The spatial dependence degree of each type of scenic spots POI and online hotels from high to low is: historical sites,religious culture landscape,tourist attractions,squares,parks,scenic spot.The high spatial dependency areas of different types of scenic spots POI and online hotels have differences.
