Research On The Evaluation And Improvement Strategy Of Agricultural Production Efficiency In Heze City

Agriculture plays a fundamental role in China’s national economy and is the foundation of all other economic development.With the advancement of agricultural structural reform in recent years,the high-quality development of the agricultural economy requires more efficient agricultural production.Therefore,agricultural production efficiency plays an increasingly important role in evaluating regional agricultural economic development.Therefore,in order to ensure the long-term,efficient,green,and sustainable development of regional agricultural economy,accurate evaluation of regional agricultural production efficiency plays a crucial role.Heze City is one of the important agricultural cities in China,with significant achievements in the development of agricultural economy.In the past decade or so,the agricultural economy in Heze City has developed steadily and healthily,with an average annual growth rate of 3.36% in total output value.Although the agricultural economy of Heze City has achieved satisfactory results,there are also many problems in its development,such as outdated agricultural production technology,low agricultural production efficiency,and the imbalance between agricultural production allocation standards and proportion allocation.At present,Heze City is in a critical period of transition from traditional agriculture to modern agricultural methods.Conducting research on the agricultural production efficiency of Heze City plays an important role in scientifically evaluating the current agricultural economic development of Heze City.This article studies the agricultural production efficiency of Heze City.Starting from the concept of agricultural production,the article analyzes domestic and foreign research experience,collects agricultural input-output data of Heze City,and calculates the agricultural production efficiency of Heze City by establishing models such as DEA and super efficiency DEA.Secondly,comparative analysis was conducted on 9 other cities with similar agricultural production conditions to Heze City.The results showed that the comprehensive technical efficiency of agricultural production in Heze City increased by1.8%,the scale efficiency increased by 0.2%,and the pure technical efficiency increased by0.2% on average in 2011-2021.The average comprehensive technical efficiency has reached0.238,the average pure technical efficiency is 0.259,and the average scale efficiency is0.902.Compared with other cities,Heze City still has a large development space for agricultural production.In response to the current situation of agricultural production in Heze City,a series of strategies for improving agricultural production efficiency,such as increasing technology investment,improving intensive management level,and strengthening talent team construction,are proposed to achieve long-term development of Heze City’s agricultural economy Healthy development.
