Objective Through the comparative study between the remote ultrasonic robot and different portable ultrasonic images,this topic discusses the application feasibility and clinical value of the remote ultrasonic robot,objectively analyzes its advantages and challenges,and puts forward normative suggestions on the problems derived from it,providing more ideas and effective guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods A total of 171 outpatient physical examination patients were selected for remote ultrasonic robot examination,among which 93 patients underwent Mindrail M9 portable ultrasound examination as control,and 78 patients underwent WaverClover60 portable ultrasound examination as control.The examination sites included thyroid,carotid artery or abdomen.Two sets of ultrasound images were retained in each case,and the collected ultrasound images were randomly mixed together.The images were scored double-blind by two senior sonographers.The paired T-test was used to compare the differences between the two groups,and the B-A analysis chart and the intra-group correlation coefficient ICC were used to analyze the consistency of the scores between the two groups.Results The paired T-test comparative analysis results showed that there were no significant differences in the four indexes of comprehensive score,thyroid score,abdominal score and carotid artery score between the remote ultrasonic robot and the two portable ultrasonic machines(P > 0.05),and the B-A analysis diagram visually showed good consistency of all indexes.The results of intra-group correlation coefficient analysis showed that the ICC value of the remote ultrasonic robot and the two portable ultrasonic images was more than 0.4,which had a good consistency.Conclusions The remote ultrasonic robot can meet the needs of daily work,and can be used as an effective imaging examination means for multiple organs.It has clinical application and promotion value,and can replace conventional ultrasound in most scenarios.
