Vector geographic data is widely used in the fields of navigation,urban planning,public facilities management,military public security,etc.due to its obvious spatial features,rich attributes and high accuracy,and is an indispensable role in the national economy and national defense construction.However,with the rapid development of information technology and computer networks,vector geographic data in digital form is facing threats such as leakage,infringement and piracy.In order to protect the copyright of vector geographic data and make vector geographic data better serve the national economy and national defense construction,many scholars have carried out research on digital watermarking technology for vector geographic data and achieved a series of results.However,in actual production activities,vector geographic data is often distributed at the next level or even multiple levels,and there are more users handling the data at different levels.Traditional digital watermarking algorithms are unable to protect the copyright of vector geographic data under multiple levels of distribution.At the same time,digital watermarking technology can only be used for copyright acknowledgement and cannot pursue users who illegally distribute data.Therefore,how to achieve traitor tracing in the case of multi-level distribution of vector geographic data is a key research need.In order to deal with the multi-level distribution in the process of vector geographic data flow,scholars have proposed the multi-level watermarking technology for vector geographic data,which embeds multiple copyright information into vector geographic data to achieve copyright confirmation under multi-level distribution.In order to go further and achieve traitor tracing of vector geographic data in the case of multi-level distribution,this paper carries out research on multi-level digital fingerprinting algorithm for vector geographic data based on multi-level watermarking technology of vector geographic data,combined with digital fingerprinting technology.The main research content contains the following aspects.(1)The data characteristics of vector geographic data are summarized,and the multi-level distribution of vector geographic data arising from the production and circulation process is discussed,followed by an analysis of the copyright protection needs of vector geographic data in the context of multi-level distribution.After that,the principle of multi-level information embedding of vector geographic data is analyzed and the characteristics of various multi-level information embedding models are summarized.Then the definition,characteristics and performance indexes of digital fingerprinting technology are introduced.Finally,the algorithm requirements of multi-level digital fingerprinting algorithm for vector geographic data are summarized.(2)Based on mapping chunking,a multi-level digital fingerprinting algorithm for vector geographic data is proposed.GD-PBIBD coding is used to generate fingerprint information at all levels and embed it into each vector data after chunking,which achieves traitor tracing and distribution chain confirmation during multi-level distribution of vector geographic data.The algorithm can resist scaling,translation,point addition and deletion,cropping and other attacks well,and also performs well against collusion attacks.(3)A multi-level digital fingerprinting algorithm for vector geographic data with hierarchical quantization intervals is proposed to improve the embedding capacity of each level of information while taking into account the robustness of the algorithm against rotation attacks.The algorithm is based on a normalized embedding method based on polar coordinates,which embeds the fingerprint information at different levels in different quantization intervals without interfering with each other.The multi-level fingerprints are constructed using GD-PBIBD coding.The algorithm is robust to geometric attacks and has good resistance to collusion,which satisfies the performance requirements of the multi-level digital fingerprinting algorithm for vector geographic data in a comprehensive manner.
