| The rain flow counting method is an effective method to analyze the measured load spectrum,and it has been widely used in studying the fatigue failure of mechanical structures.At present,the commonly used method for calculating fatigue damage is Miner’s law,but the traditional Miner’s law has shortcomings.Aiming at this shortcoming,a new fatigue damage law is proposed.The study of this fatigue damage theory is of great significance to the study of fatigue failure of mechanical structures.Based on the actual load experienced by the mechanical structure,this paper first filters the original load signal,then analyzes the processed signal using the rain flow counting method,and then expands the fatigue damage calculation based on the results of the rain flow counting method.From Miner’s law and The cumulative damage of nonlinear fatigue is calculated in two aspects,and the results obtained are compared.At the same time,a fatigue strength model under cyclic loading is established to analyze the fatigue evolution law of materials.The main work content is as follows:(1)The original initial load spectrum is filtered.On this basis,the three-point method and the four-point method are used to analyze the filtered load spectrum,and it can be seen that the three-point method and the four-point method are equivalent.At the same time,the remaining items after rainflow counting method analysis are processed to ensure the authenticity and validity of the results.Finally,fitting the distribution of the processed results of the rain flow counting method proves the feasibility of the rain flow counting method.(2)Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional Miner’s law,a new fatigue damage law is proposed.Then,according to the change law of driving energy with load action and damage energy consumption process,a nonlinear damage accumulation model based on driving energy dissipation is established.Finally,according to the experimental data,the two models are compared.(3)In view of the limitations of the existing models,starting from the theory of interference analysis,based on the idea of probability,the residual strength model of the material under horizontal loading and random cyclic loading is established.And use the fatigue test data of the material to verify the accuracy of the proposed model. |
