In recent years, the logistics industry in urban areas has experienced rapid development. With the continuous advancement of the national rural revitalization policy, greater opportunities for development have also emerged in the rural market. However,as the consumption potential in rural areas is stimulated, the imbalance and lack of coordination in urban-rural logistics have been increasingly exacerbated. The development level of urban logistics.systems is relatively high, and the construction of supporting infrastructure is also gradually improving. On the other hand, the logistics distribution network in rural areas is not sound, and the construction of supporting infrastructure lags behind, resulting in poor circulation channels between urban and rural areas, high circulation costs, and resource waste. As a resource-intensive and shared distribution mode,co-delivery has been valued by the government and logistics enterprises, becoming a powerful means to promote efficient distribution in urban-rural logistics and also a future trend. This article focuses on co-delivery in urban-rural logistics as the research object, and based on an analysis of the current situation of domestic and international development,it is believed that the implementation of co-delivery in urban-rural logistics in China is necessary and feasible. To address the existing problems in urban-rural logistics development in China, this article proposes a model for the implementation of a co-delivery alliance in urban-rural areas, combining foreign urban-rural co-delivery experiences with China’s national conditions. The article also conducts research on the organization and implementation of the co-delivery alliance,as well as the issue of benefit distribution. The main research content of this article includes the following aspects:(1)By combining literature review and field research, this article summarizes the domestic and foreign research status and theoretical knowledge related to urban-rural logistics,co-delivery,benefit allocation, and performance evaluation. It analyzes the existing problems in urbanrural logistics distribution and conducts in-depth research on the operation mode of co-delivery.The article proposes a co-delivery model for urbanrural logistics based on a cooperative alliance, providing a theoretical basis for constructing a benefit allocation model.(2)This article constructs a model of urban-rural logistics co-delivery alliance, analyzes its operational process and the game process of alliance formation.Firstly, based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of urban-rural logistics and the necessity of co-delivery mode,a"three-stage" urban-rural logistics co-delivery alliance is constructed. Then, the operational process of the alliance is designed, including information platform, benefit allocation mechanism, and performance evaluation mechanism. Finally, the game analysis of joint distribution alliance, including cooperative game and evolutionary game, lays a foundation for the study of benefit allocation under this model.(3)Based on the proposed model of rural-urban logistics joint distribution,a three-stage dynamic benefit allocation model is established to solve the benefit allocation problem faced by the joint distribution alliance, innovatively addressing the problem of benefit allocation in the original joint distribution and proposing an incentive mechanism based on government performance subsidies to promote the sustainable development of the joint distribution alliance. In the first stage, using DEA method and Shapley value method,an initial benefit allocation model based on various influencing factors is constructed. In the second stage,an asymmetric Nash negotiation is established to adjust the initial benefit allocation model based on the satisfaction of the cooperative parties. In the third stage, the G1-entropy weight method is used to evaluate the performance of the cooperative parties and adjust the benefit allocation model according to their actual contribution, obtaining the final three-stage dynamic benefit allocation model, providing innovative methods for establishing the benefit allocation mechanism of the rural-urban logistics joint distribution alliance and achieving fair distribution of benefits among the alliance parties.Based on the determination of the comprehensive evaluation value of the alliance,an incentive mechanism is established for the government to reward and subsidize the corresponding cooperative parties based on actual performance as a reference, which helps to stimulate the enthusiasm of each cooperative party and is beneficial to the long-term and stable development of joint distribution.
