Opinion dynamics studies how individuals’ opinions generate, spread and integrate in social networks, which has attracted scholars’ attention in recent years. As the scene of opinion fusion is getting complicated,it is necessary to establish more realistic opinion dynamic models.Based on the classical Hegselmann-Krause model,we propose two novel opinion dynamic models with time-varying trust(Trust Hegselmann-Krause,THK)by considering ‘Similarity Effect’ in psychology and the phenomenon of opinion opposition in society. Our main works are as follows:1.A THK model with time-varying trust is proposed. In the THK model, the trust among agents changes with opinion differences, and the difference sensitivity measures the effects of opinion difference in opinion evolution.Through analyses of homogenous THK model and heterogenous THK model,we obtain the relationship between sensitivity and group’s opinion evolution results.Simulation analyses show that in homogenous THK model, the more sensitive the group is the slower the opinion evolution speed is,and more opinion clusters there is.While in heterogenous THK model,it is necessary to choose a proper sensitivity for open-minded group to decrease the number of opinion clusters.2.A two-layer THK model with opinion leaders is proposed. The two-layer THK model consists of leaders and followers.Leaders are agents with reputation and guide the groups’ opinion evolution, and followers are agents which change their trust to others according to opinion differences.Through analyses of opinion polarization in two-layer THK model,we obtain the relationship between relevant parameters and the leaders’ opinion guiding power.Simulation analyses show that the reputation of leaders does not have obvious effects on opinion guiding.High sensitivity and proper confidence radius can enhance the leaders’ guiding power.
