| The land reclamation project is a new way to solve the shortage of land resources,reasonably dredging and dredging,and clean the coastal water environment.After reclamation and dredging of silt from the sea,ultra-soft soil was formed on the original soft soil foundation.The ultra-soft soil has low bearing capacity and insufficient stability,and cannot form a construction face.Bamboo mesh reinforced ultra-soft soil foundation is easy to construct,can quickly form a construction face,and effectively solve the problem that machinery cannot enter the site.However,the calculation theory of bamboo mesh reinforced ultra-soft soil foundation is not perfect.In this paper,theoretical analysis and indoor model test methods are used to study the bearing characteristics of bamboo mesh reinforced ultra-soft soil foundation and the deformation characteristics of bamboo mesh under construction loads.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)First,the ultimate bearing capacity of the bamboo mesh soft soil foundation without sand cushion was determined by taking the bamboo mesh and the soft soil foundation as a whole,and then the sand cushion layer and the bamboo mesh soft soil were used as the double-layer foundation,and the sand cushion bamboo mesh was deduced.The formula of ultimate bearing capacity of soft soil foundation reinforced with net is verified by indoor model test.(2)The influence of thickness to width ratio(ratio of sand cushion thickness to load plate width)and reinforcement method on the bearing capacity of bamboo mesh reinforced soft soil foundation was analyzed through indoor model test.The bearing capacity of soft soil reinforced with bamboo mesh increases significantly with the increase of thickness-to-width ratio;when the ratio of thickness to width is 0.0-1.0,compared with the eigenvalues of the bearing capacity of soft soil foundation,the eigenvalues of the bearing capacity of soft soil reinforced with bamboo meshes It is 2.07~6.12 times that of soft soil;the characteristic value of bearing capacity of soft soil reinforced by bamboo mesh and vertical support is 4.07~10.68 times that of soft soil.When the thickness-to-width ratio is constant,the stress diffusion angle increases with the increase of the load plate pressure;compared with the soft soil reinforced with bamboo mesh,the stress diffusion angle of the soft soil reinforced with bamboo mesh and vertical support increases significantly.(3)The bending strain of bamboo poles on the bamboo net increases linearly with the increase of vertical load.In the case of soft soil reinforced with bamboo mesh,the strains of the lower bamboo poles on the bamboo mesh are basically the same.The angle between the tensile force and the horizontal direction of the bamboo net is calculated from the strain results of the bamboo net.The angle corresponding to the characteristic value and the limit value of the bearing capacity in the case of the bamboo net reinforced soft soil is respectively6.52° and 7.80°,and the coefficient of variation is respectively 0.07 and 0.09.(4)The bearing capacity of the indoor model test is calculated and compared with the test results.The results show that the calculation method of the bearing capacity of the double-layer foundation is more suitable when only sand cushion and geotextile are laid.The foundation bearing capacity calculation method and empirical method are more suitable.(5)Summarized the design and check calculation steps of bamboo mesh for shallow treatment of soft soil foundation,and based on a soft soil foundation project in a city in the east(the surface layer is silt),the design parameters of bamboo mesh reinforcement for shallow silt treatment were given. |
