| The geological disaster in scenic area has the characteristics of which are very easy to cause casualties and difficult to deal with emergency,which seriously threatens the safety of life and property of the residents and tourists in the scenic area.Scenic emergency plan is the basis for the emergency disposal of geological hazards in scenic areas,which is very important to reduce the threat caused by geological hazards and improve the management level of scenic areas.At present,most of the relevant plans of domestic scenic spots are presented in paper and digital documents.Emergency information management and decision support need a lot of manual management and intervention,which can no longer meet the practical needs of geological disaster emergency decision.In order to realize the efficient management of the geological hazard emergency plan in scenic area,provide scientific and accurate support for emergency decision-making,and in view of the characteristics of the geological hazard plan in scenic area and the needs of the emergency plan system in scenic area,this paper designs and develops the prototype system of the emergency plan for geological hazards in scenic areas based on cloud and intelligent terminal.Its main research contents include: 1)In depth analysis of the content of the preparation of the geological disaster emergency plan,familiar with the geological disaster emergency process,systematic analysis of the work of the geological disaster management department in the scenic area,and clear the requirements of the geological disaster emergency plan system in the scenic area.2)Analyze and summarize the current situation of the emergency management platform,and analyze and absorb the excellent experience.The related theory and technology of system building are systematically analyzed,and the technical methods of system building are defined.3)Design,build system environment and code implementation of the prototype system platform of geological disaster emergency plan in scenic spot.The results are as follows:1)According to the needs of geological hazard management in scenic areas,combined with the characteristics of the geological hazard emergency plan,the design of hazard uploading,potential hazard site management,emergency plan management,emergency case generation,emergency risk-aversion route generation and emergency resource management six main functional modules,A hybrid cloud framework based on public and private clouds is designed and implemented using the Python-Django software platform.2)With Postgre SQL and its space expansion Post GIS for the database platform design and realization of the emergency plan of the database program,completed the organization system,emergency materials equipment and emergency history case library and other data editing and building library.3)Using the Java language based on Android system to develop intelligent terminal hazard risk reporting app,improve the efficiency and accuracy of hazard risk reporting,is conducive to the development of group prevention work.4)The analysis of the risk-averse path for tourists and residents is realized with Dijkstra algorithm as the core.By extracting the core attributes of solving hazard events,the matching of the settlement events with the most similar case events is accomplished by using the case reasoning method and the nearest neighbor algorithm,and the generation of the emergency plan of geological hazards in scenic areas is realized,so as to provide data guarantee for the emergency decision-making of scenic areas.This research designs and develops a prototype system of geological disaster emergency plan based on cloud and intelligent terminal,which solves the problems of plan database,disaster reporting,automatic generation of risk avoidance path and emergency plan generation based on case base.It can serve for emergency information management and decision support,and meet the practical needs of geological disaster emergency decision.This study makes a new exploration in improving the ease of using and the extensibility of emergency plan system to improve the operation of hazard risk reporting,and the research results have some theoretical and application value. |
