| Urbanization is one of the most important manifestations of the development and evolution of human society,and the water resource is an important part of the ecological environment and an important resource for the continuous evolution of the urban system to a higher level.In the context of new urbanization construction,urban agglomerations are the main form of urbanization in China at present,and their formation and development are similar to organisms,and there are interactions and mutual restrictions between cities and systems in the region.As the urban agglomeration with the strongest comprehensive strength in the western region,the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration is facing practical problems such as unbalanced internal development and tightening of water resources and environmental constraints.It is imperative to achieve coordinated development of regional urbanization and water resource.Therefore,this study focuses on the coupling and coordinated development of urbanization and water resource in the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration.This study takes the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration as the research object,sorts out the relevant research and practice at home and abroad,and analyzes the concepts and connotations of urbanization,water resource,coupling,as well as the theories of sustainable development,coordinated regional development,and regional structure of urban agglomerations,and carries out comprehensive performance evaluation of urbanization and water resources.On this basis,using the coupling coordination degree model,spatial autocorrelation model,and obstacle factor diagnosis,this paper explores the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics and obstacle factors of the coupling and coordination of urbanization and water resource in the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration from the regional and municipal scales,and discusses the future spatial development mode of the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration.Through the systematic study of the above contents,this paper draws the following main conclusions:First,there is still a lot of room to improve the urbanization development level and water resource quality of the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration.At present,the urbanization development of urban agglomeration is at a medium and low level,and it shows the hierarchical characteristics of separating megacities from other cities.In the development dimension of the regional scale,population urbanization is the most important driving factor,and the continuous expansion of economic urbanization influence has gradually become the second driving factor.The level of water resource in urban agglomeration is at a medium level,showing a fluctuating upward trend,and the internal differences within urban agglomerations are small,and the pressure subsystem is the most important driving factor.During the study period,there was a nonlinear approximate U-shaped evolution trajectory between urbanization and Water resource systems in urban agglomerations.Second,the coupling and coordination relationship between urbanization and water resources in the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration shows the evolutionary characteristics of "basic coordination-coordination".From the regional level,the coupling degree of the two systems has maintained an upward trend and is in a high-level coupling stage.The level of coupling coordination is gradually improving,showing the phased characteristics of "basic coordination-coordination"(2011-2015,2016-2019),and it always belongs to the urbanization lag type.At the municipal level,the urban agglomeration shows gradient characteristics,of which Chengdu and Chongqing show a state of "coordination-good coordination",and the other 14 cities show a state of "basic coordination-coordination".Third,the coupling and coordination of urbanization and water resources in the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration show the characteristics of dual core development space,and an integrated pattern has not yet been formed.The distribution of coupling and coordination degrees of urban agglomerations shows a dual-core development model with Chengdu and Chongqing as the core,and there are certain changes in the spatial agglomeration of local areas.According to the global autocorrelation index of coupling coordination,the coupling coordination distribution within the urban agglomeration shows the characteristics of random distribution,and does not show obvious spatial dependence.Compared with the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations,the dual-core development model displayed by the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration is in the transition stage to a multi-core networked decentralized development model.Fourth,the urbanization subsystems that restrict the coupling and coordination of urbanization and Water resource in different stages are not the same,and the response subsystem is always the biggest obstacle factor in the Water resource system.According to the diagnosis results of the obstacle factor,with the development of urbanization,the constraints of economic and population subsystems gradually declined,while the obstruction effect of social subsystems begins to prominent.In the water resource system,the response subsystem is the biggest obstacle factor that has been plaguing the coupling and coordination of the two systems. |
