| In order to simulate the real situation,verify the design safety of revetment,dike,port,platform and other engineering structures,and study tidal current,wave energy,marine life marine resources and other scientific topics,it is necessary to build the hydrodynamic simulation experiment system.Wavemaker is one of the key parts of laboratory hydrodynamic simulation.This paper is devoted to the research of active absorption wave making technology in multi-plate basin.Compared with the wave tank,the transverse width of the basin is larger,and the hydrodynamic load and torque increase accordingly.Therefore,multiple groups of plate devices must be used to reduce the load of each group of devices.Secondly,considering the needs of complex research,the target wave and reflector in the wide scale basin are expected with three-dimensional characteristics,so the oblique wavemaker and oblique absorption must also be considered.In terms of theory,based on the time-domain control method and representative frequency method of two-dimensional regular wave,the active absorption wavemaker of regular wave and irregular wave are realized;Based on music algorithm,the simulation of direction angle algorithm is developed,and the real-time measurement of wave direction angle is realized;A multi-plate active-absorption wavemaker control system was designed based on active-absorption theory and combined with the wave height feedback control mode.In terms of hardware,the tracking effect of the servo motor on the designed trajectory is optimized from the PID control strategy of the servo driver,and by improving environment of the field sensor,the interference of the sensor is greatly reduced.In terms of software,a complete set of wavemaker control system is developed and debugged,and the framework of wavemaker control program is described systematically.Finally,the progressive wave performance of active-absorption and non-activeabsorption wavemaker calculated by wave separation method was compared based on the physical model experiment of water tankAiming at the harmonic problem caused by non-wave signals different between plates in multi plate wavemaker system,the effect of active absorption and wave making of the multi board system is improved,and the motion of the board in the multi board system is suppressed by using multi-sensor to control a single board. |
