| Traffic is the basic condition for the existence and normal operation of society.The sudden nature of earthquake disasters will lead to casualties,road damage and other serious economic losses.Post-earthquake rescue channel is an important factor to determine the efficiency of emergency rescue and plays a very important role in earthquake rescue.Study on the assessment method of the major earthquake disaster relief channel based on scenario construction.On the basis of the Beijing earthquake scenario construction,simulate the possible future earthquake disasters,study the structure and attributes of buildings in the seismic intensity area,the seismic capacity of roads,traffic flow conditions and other factors,and provide more accurate data for the improved ant colony algorithm.And avoid the possible disaster consequences in advance to improve the forward-looking and effective management of emergency rescue in Beijing.Based on a large number of literature investigation of scenario construction and ant colony algorithm path planning methods at home and abroad,this paper proposes a scenario construction-based assessment method of Beijing earthquake disaster relief channel.With the focus on scenario construction as the research background,the existing literature was reviewed,and the ant colony algorithm was determined as the main path planning research direction.Firstly,the basic concepts,technical methods and scenario simulation of scenario construction are discussed in detail,the earthquake emergency preparedness framework based on scenario construction is discussed,and the feasibility analysis of scenario construction on the evaluation method of post-earthquake rescue channel is expounded.Through the geological structure analysis and historical earthquake statistics of Beijing area,the earthquake damage scenario simulation is carried out.The paper focuses on the three influencing factors of road.Then,the ant colony algorithm is introduced,and the basic principle,mathematical model and improvement strategy of the algorithm are introduced.By using analytic hierarchy process to establish the path weight and modify the state transition rate,the relevant influencing factors of rescue channel are introduced into the algorithm.The simulation verification is carried out based on the actual road conditions after the earthquake in Shunyi District,Beijing.Finally,the rationality of the improved ant colony algorithm in the evaluation of rescue channel under the construction of catastrophe scenario is verified,and the effectiveness of the improved ant colony algorithm proposed in this paper in the evaluation method of rescue channel after earthquake is proved. |
