| With the development of operation microscope,the electronics system plays a more and more important role.Now,as the key part,the electronics system has developed to a very high level to realize the electronization and intellectualization of operation microscope.Through the research and comparison an operation microscope’s electronics system applied in the dental field,the key functional units: the micro control unit and the lighting unit were designed in detail,and the communication between each unit also has been standardized define.So,the overall scheme of the operation microscope’s electronic system based on modularization and universal interface were designed and completed in this paper.The micro control unit is located at the head of the operation microscope,which is used to control the optical function of the microscope and provide the user with human-computer’s interface.Micro control unit is one of the key functional units in the electronics system of operation microscope,which needs to realize the basic functions of magnifying,focusing,changing the size of diaphragm,user input and triggering.Through the design of the micro controller board’s Buck circuits,MCU,CAN and other general circuits,the paper completes the realization of the common functions applicable to each functional unit.Through the design of multi-function knob switch,diaphragm control circuits and filter wheel control circuits,the special function of micro-control unit were realized.Lighting unit is another key functional unit in the electronics system of operation microscope.The quality of lighting unit directly affects the image quality of the microscope,thus can affect the authenticity and accuracy of doctors’ observation.In this thesis,a new light source of operation microscope based on RGB LED with adjustable color temperature/color coordinate is designed.Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of traditional halogen and incandescent light sources in the application of operation microscope,a new light was designed based on RGB LED.And based on the theory of light source chromaticity,a color formula and algorithm for synthesizing different color temperature/color coordinates was proposed,and the hardware circuits of the new light also were designed and realized.After the design of the key functional units of the operation microscope’s electronics system has been completed,the paper finally designed the communication among the units within the surgical microscope electronic system.And based on the application of the operation microscope’s electronics system,the 29-bit CAN markers in CAN2.0B protocol were defined. |
