In recent years,with the wide application of wireless communication technology and mobile terminal equipment,mobile crowdsourcing has become one of the hot issues.Mobile crowdsourcing is a distributed working mode based on mobile Internet technology,which uses mobile user smart devices to form an interactive and participatory perception network,and releases crowd tasks to individuals or groups in the network to solve complex problems.Since the stakeholders in the mobile crowdsourcing system(task requesters,crowdsourcing platforms,crowd workers)have the characteristics of personal rationality and there are conflicts of interest issues between them.Therefore,it is urgent to design a reasonable incentive mechanism to improve the quality of sensed data and avoid conflicts.Game theory,as the main means of conflict resolution,has attracted the attention of many scholars.However,most studies default to a trusted third party when building models,only considering two problems of crowdsourcing dilemma of freeriding and false reporting,ignoring the fact that crowdsourcing platforms may also collude as stakeholders.To solve this problem,this paper constructs a three-party evolutionary game model.Based on this model,this paper also breaks through the limitations of dichotomous strategy model,further considers the design of incentive mechanism under the multi-strategy model,and studies evolution trend of task requesters,crowdsourcing platforms and crowd workers.The specific content of this paper is as follows:(1)In order to solve the conflict of interest among task requesters,crowdsourcing platforms,and crowd workers in mobile crowdsourcing systems,all parties are incentivized to provide authentic and trusted services.This paper constructs a three-party evolutionary game model,designs a reward-based incentive mechanism,considers the collusion between crowd workers and crowdsourcing platform,uses Lyapunov indirect method and replication dynamic method to analyze the stability of strategic equilibrium points,and discusses the stability of strategy selection of each participant.Finally,it analyzes the influence of reward,punishment,collusion cost on strategy selection of the three parties.(2)Considering the reality that there are multiple strategies for each participant in the mobile crowdsource system,this paper improves the proposed three-party evolutionary game model,designs a three-party multi-strategy evolutionary game model,combines Wright-Fisher model with evolutionary game,designs incentive mechanism based on the "fairness principle",and gives the game matrix after adding rewards and punishments.Finally,this paper analyzes evolution trend of each player and the influence of different rewards and punishments on evolution trend.
