The rapid development of laser weapons has put higher demands on laser detection technology.Faced with increasingly severe laser threats, the research on high-performance laser warning systems to achieve wide-field,wide-band,and high-precision laser detection is urgently needed. In this paper,a wide-field,wide-spectral optical imaging lens is designed, and a grating is integrated into the lens to achieve the integration of wide-field and wide-band detection for the laser warning system. The main research contents of this project are as follows:Firstly, the optical parameters are designed according to the indicators, and the optical lens focal length and grating constant are calculated based on the grating diffraction equation and the critical conditions for detectable lasers. The grating duty cycle is determined using Matlab simulation software to achieve efficient diffraction of the incident laser of ±1 level.Secondly, the optical lens structure is designed, and the lens is optimized using Zemax optical design software. The lens structure is determined to be a transmission type with eight groups of ten pieces, and the image quality of the entire optical lens is evaluated. The modulation transfer function(MTF)theoretical value is greater than 0.6,the diameter of the diffuse spot is less than30μm,and the relative illuminance is also high.Thirdly, tolerance and error source analysis are carried out,and the influence of each tolerance on the MTF curve of the wide-field and wideband lens is analyzed. The system tolerance parameters are given. The Monte Carlo tolerance analysis method is used to obtain the MTF value after adding tolerances, which is greater than0.4.Finally,the experimental assembly and test analysis are completed. The diffraction image of the light spot is collected, and the central coordinates are extracted, and the data are processed and analyzed. The final experimental results show that the detectable azimuth angle of the designed system reaches 120°,the elevation angle reaches 96°,and the absolute angle error is less than 0.5°.The detectable wavelength range is from 500 nm to 1700 nm,and the measurement wavelength resolution is better than 7nm.This indicates the correct feasibility of the wide-field and wide-band laser warning optical system.
