| During system operation, the system performance decreases gradually with the increase of degradation until failure. This master’s dissertation,we construct and analyze a reliability model based on the Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process(OU process)with degraded systems as the object of study. The competitive failure analysis of the degraded system based on the OU process.Considering the influence of external shock on the degraded system, the competitive failure model based on the OU process is constructed, and the analytical expressions of system reliability, life moment and remaining life are derived considering only the degradation, shocks and the competitive failure of both. Finally, the validity of the proposed model and method is verified by numerical simulation. The two-stage degradation system competition failure analysis based on OU-Gamma process.Considering the two-stage degradation process and two types of failure modes, the two-stage stochastic degradation model based on the OU-Gamma process is constructed, and the analytical expressions of system reliability, life moment and remaining life are derived for the cases of constant duration failure threshold and degradation failure threshold. The numerical simulation algorithm of system reliability is proposed based on Monte Carlo simulation to verify the correctness of the analytical results. Finally, the validity of the proposed model and method is verified by numerical examples. The reliability modeling and analysis of the binary degradation system based on OU process. The correlation between the two performance indicators is described by using Copula function, and the binary degradation model based on OU process is constructed, and the analytical expressions of system reliability and lifetime moment are derived. Finally, the validity of the proposed model and method is verified by numerical examples. This master’s dissertation provides a new research approach and reliability index calculation method for the construction of degradation models, which not only enriches the theoretical system of reliability engineering, but also expands the scope of engineering applications. |
