| After an emergency occurs,how to organize and implement fast and effective response activities is crucial.In the handling of emergencies,decision makers often have to face difficulties such as complex tasks,changeable situations,urgent time,lack of information,and lack of experience.However,with the help of knowledge representation,knowledge reasoning,hypergraph and other theories,decision makers can better solve difficulties and improve the efficiency of emergency response decisions.The knowledge representation and reasoning method is the basis of emergency decision-making,and emergency decision-making has the characteristics of numerous management elements,complex decision-making environment,complex data information,complex and changeable situation,etc.The existing knowledge representation and reasoning methods cannot solve complex practical problems.This thesis uses CBR,RBR,hypergraph,scenario theory and other theories and methods to carry out research on the knowledge representation model and reasoning method of emergency scenarios.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Research on the knowledge representation model under the "scenario-response" model.First of all,the basic concept of the emergency situation four-tuple is defined.According to the general law of the occurrence of emergencies,combined with the classification standard and scenario theory of the national response to emergencies,the basic elements of the emergency situation four-tuple are given,and the relationship between the categories and levels of the four elements of emergencies,disaster pregnant environment,disaster bearers and response activities is analyzed and discussed;Secondly,based on the basic theory and method of knowledge element,the rule representation model and case representation model of emergency scenarios are constructed;Finally,according to the multiple and multi-level characteristics of the emergency scenario structure,a hypergraph-based emergency scenario chain knowledge representation model is proposed,and the basic concept,evolution mechanism,evolution mode and topological properties of the hypergraph scenario chain are analyzed and studied.(2)Research on reasoning methods under the "scenario-response" model.Under the knowledge organization of rule model,case model and hypergraph scenario chain model of emergency scenarios,the rule-based reasoning method,case-based reasoning method and hypergraph scenario chain reasoning method are given respectively.In addition,aiming at the problems of various types of emergency decision-making information and incomplete information,a similarity algorithm based on the dual retrieval of emergency scenario structure and attributes is proposed,and its implementation process and method are described in detail;Secondly,aiming at the problem that the results obtained by traditional reasoning methods are not reliable enough,and the problem that the knowledge representation and reasoning ability of the dynamic situation development situation is weak,on the basis of learning from the advantages of RBR and CBR reasoning methods,the traditional reasoning methods are further integrated and improved,and a more effective emergency scenario chain reasoning method based on hypergraph is constructed to realize the prediction of the development trend of emergency scenarios;Finally,the scientificity and effectiveness of the rule-based reasoning,case-based reasoning and hypergraph-based scenario chain reasoning methods built in this thesis are analyzed and discussed.After experimental verification,it is believed that this model can provide technical support for emergency decision makers to scientifically analyze and judge the development trend of emergencies and formulate emergency decision plans. |
