Biochips have been widely used in genetic testing, biochemical sensing and other fields.Among them, peptide nucleic acid(PNA)probes have superior specificity and stability compared with DNA and RNA probes. This paper mainly studies the biochip synthesis system based on ARM-controlled microfluidic technology. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Combined with the traditional peptide nucleic acid chip synthesis system and the general rules of peptide synthesis,a single-channel synthesis system was designed and built. The system script is pre-downloaded by the host computer, and all operable steps are displayed on the operation interface. After the user presses the button, the host computer controls the precision pump and the multi-port valve to coordinate operation at a specific time according to the downloaded software script,so as to realize the timing and quantitative delivery of reagents in the synthesis process. The microfluidic high-efficiency mixing device developed by our research group was used to lay the foundation for the improvement of monomer activation efficiency in chip preparation. On the basis of the single-channel synthesis system,an array synthesis system based on ARM control was designed and built. The array reaction vessel was designed to solve the problem of cross-contamination in the process of reagent delivery, and to improve the synthesis efficiency while realizing automatic operation. The operability of the system was verified by simulating the chip preparation process by dyeing reagents. This paper mainly focuses on the design and research of the hardware and software of the biochip in situ synthesis system based on microfluidic technology. The fluid delivery was realized by the synergy of the precision pump and the multi-channel switching valve, and the precise control was carried out by the ARM host computer. The design and preparation of density biochips provides an efficient preparation platform.60 pictures,4 tables,83 references...
