Curriculum ideological and political education is an important theoretical and practical basis for realizing the fundamental task of "moral education" in current education;The natural geography course is the core course of the geography science major,closely related to the teaching content of physical geography in middle schools,and has a considerable influence on the development of professional quality of future secondary school geography teachers,and it contains rich elements of ideological training;Geography teacher trainees are the main troops of secondary school geography education,and the preparation of their teacher ethics plays a key role in high-quality geography education.Therefore,the investigation and practice of curriculum thinking and government teaching are important for the teachers of geography courses to effectively implement curriculum thinking and government and for the schools to cultivate professional,comprehensive and innovative geography education talents with geography core literacy.This study mainly uses literature analysis,case study,interview method and inductive-deductive approach.The research content mainly includes clarifying the connotation of the research object,excavating ideological and political factors,and designing cases.The case design of physical geography ideological and political course includes two parts: theoretical classroom teaching case design and field practice teaching case design.This design aims to provide a holistic,meticulous and integrated reference for the ideological and political teaching activities of physical geography courses in middle schools and the training dimension of geography teachers in the future.The first part of this study takes the chapters on "Karst Landform" and "Research on Human Land Relationship" in the physical geography textbook as examples to design the teaching of ideological and political courses;In the latter part,"Nine Cave Days" is selected as the field practice place,and the ideological and political elements are excavated in each practice place in its practice route,and in the process of learning professional knowledge,in order to expect professional teachers to penetrate the ideological and political elements while teaching professional knowledge and skills,pay attention to the quality education of future middle school geography teachers,so that they can teach students by example,give students ideological and political education,show their educational wisdom and play their role.In addition,by analyzing the existing research and combining with the results of interviews,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the process of promoting curriculum ideological and political education in terms of understanding,willingness,means and practice,and analyzes the causes.In regard to the above problems,we propose to take measures such as "strengthening top-level design,constructing the total plan of course thought politics;insisting on the major body of teachers,shaping the solid force of course thinking government into the curriculum system,and establishing the main carrier of the course thinking politics" to enhance the effectiveness of science and policy,to guarantee the implementation of curricular thinking for future geography educators in colleges and universities,to facilitate the cultivation of philosophical thoughts of geography teachers,to improve their ethical qualities,and to implement the fundamental task of educating people with moral values.
