Nowadays, safety management activities in open pit mines show the characteristics of multibody interaction and break through organizational boundaries, gradually evolving from unit division of labor to multi-body synergy and symbiosis.Safety management objectives can hardly be accomplished independently by a single subject or organization, but each subject needs to change the paradigm of safety behavior and carry out resource sharing, information exchange and energy transfer with other subjects under the concept of synergistic symbiosis to achieve mutual development through complementary advantages and value co-creation.Based on this,in order to investigate the formation and evolution of the symbiotic relationship between relevant subjects in the safety management of open pit mines, managers and employees are selected as the research objects, and the theoretical bases of stakeholder theory, evolutionary game theory and symbiosis theory are used, and research methods and tools such as literature research method,DEMATEL-ISM method, evolutionary game method, mathematical derivation method and computer simulation method are applied to study the symbiotic relationship between managers and employees. The study will examine the factors influencing the symbiotic relationship between managers and employees, symbiotic behavioral decisions and symbiotic evolution laws and paths, and propose strategies for the realization of symbiotic development of managers and employees to promote the development of the symbiotic system between managers and employees in the best evolutionary direction. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:Firstly,by combing domestic and foreign research results and combining the connotations of relevant basic theories, the concept of manager-employee symbiosis system in open pit mine safety management is defined, and the elements of manager-employee symbiosis, symbiosis principles and driving factors are clarified.Next, the factors influencing the symbiotic relationship between managers and employees are analyzed. The system of factors influencing the symbiotic relationship between managers and employees was derived through literature research and expert interviews, and the DEMATELISM integrated method was used to analyze the importance, hierarchical structure and paths of the factors influencing the symbiotic relationship. It is found that the influencing factors of manager-employee symbiotic relationship are divided into four layers, including superficial factors, transitional factors and root factors;among them,inter-subjective resourceinformation interaction F2,inter-subjective trust level F4,subject factor input F1 and platform symbiotic benefit output and distribution F7 play a key role in manager-employee symbiotic relationship.Again, the manager-employee symbiotic behavioral decisions are studied. From the perspective of economics, based on evolutionary game theory and symbiosis theory,a game model of manager-employee symbiotic decision making is constructed to explore the influencing factors and evolutionary paths of each subject’s symbiotic decision making. It is found that the symbiotic decision of managers and employees is closely related to the factors of symbiotic benefit, benefit distribution coefficient, symbiotic cost, opportunistic benefit, and accountability and punishment;through stability analysis,it is concluded that there are 4evolutionary equilibrium points,6 evolutionary stability strategies and 14 evolutionary paths in the game system;the opportunistic behavior of managers and employees is the key factor leading to the collapse of symbiotic relationship, and accountability and punishment can be designed The accountability and punishment mechanism can be designed to curb it.Then, the evolutionary pattern of the manager-employee symbiosis model is studied.Considering the symbiotic relationship between managers and employees,a logistic extension model is used to construct a symbiotic evolutionary model of managers and employees, and the evolutionary laws of different symbiotic patterns are explored, and the symbiotic evolutionary paths of both parties and the corresponding symbiotic strategy combinations are analyzed by combining the findings of the symbiotic decision-making of the subjects. It is found that: the equilibrium point of symbiotic evolution of managers and employees is related to the symbiosis coefficient, and the reciprocal symbiosis mode is the best evolution direction for both sides of the symbiosis;different symbiotic behavioral decisions of managers and employees lead to different symbiosis coefficients and reflect different symbiosis mode evolution laws. Finally, the symbiotic development realization of managers and employees is studied.According to the previous findings, the strategies for the realization of symbiotic development between managers and employees are proposed in terms of symbiotic behavior intervention and symbiotic coefficient reinforcement, which include: designing a benefit coordination mechanism to enhance the willingness of symbiotic behavior, designing an accountability and punishment mechanism to curb opportunistic behavior, strengthening the interaction between symbiotic units, strengthening the mediating role of the symbiotic interface, and strengthening the motivating role of the symbiotic environment.
