Research And Application Of Fuzzy Three-way Decision Model

Three-way decision has attracted the attention of many scholars since it is in line with human cognitive model,and fuzzy number is an effective tool to deal with inaccurate and inconsistent information.In this thesis,the normal fuzzy number is used to construct the decision loss,and a three-way decision model based on the normal fuzzy number is proposed,which is applied to the diagnosis of adolescent mental health problems.The main work of this thesis includes:(1)A three-way decision model based on normal fuzzy number is proposed.In terms of inconsistency,imprecision and incompleteness of given information,this thesis integrates normal fuzzy number into three-way decision model,and improves the performance of three-way decision model by constructing innovative loss value matrix.Firstly,the normal fuzzy number is used to represent the loss value for the decision,so as to reduce the influence of subjective factors on the loss value.Then,according to the Bayesian minimum decision rule,the discriminant function is adopted to transform the normal fuzzy number into a real number,and then the expected loss function and the decision rule of the three-way decision are constructed.The experimental results show that the proposed model not only has good decision effect,but also can reduce the boundary range of three-way decision with less loss of original information,so as to effectively reduce the imprecise information in decision making.(2)The new three-way decision model is applied to the diagnosis of adolescent mental health problems.The mental health status of adolescents has become the intersection of social concern.Rapid and effective decision diagnosis will be of great significance for scientific and effective treatment of patients.In this thesis,the three-way decision model based on normal fuzzy number is used to classify and diagnose adolescent mental health data.Firstly,the index screening and data preprocessing of the source data are carried out,and then the proposed three-way decision model is applied for decision diagnosis.The results show that the new three-way model is effective in the analysis and diagnosis of adolescent mental illness,and can provide reliable decision-making basis for medical diagnosis.
