With the development of urbanization,the urban heat island effect has become increasingly prominent.Due to the lack of effective cooperation between urban climatology and urban and rural planning,the "leading" role of urban and rural planning in mitigating heat islands has not been effectively played.The development planning of Chengdu Park City and Chengdu Metropolitan Area has further highlighted the importance of slowing down the urban heat island effect through urban form.However,the traditional thermal climate environmental survey methods have four limitations: low spatial resolution,lack of accuracy of indicators,lack of three-dimensional indicators,and low spatial coverage.The traditional urban form survey methods have three limitations: low efficiency,lack of accuracy of indicators,and a large gap with reality.Based on this,this paper aims to construct and sort out the development of mobile survey methods in different disciplines in the forementioned research,and to sort out mobile survey theories and methods that can capture three-dimensional spatial information,perform simple operations,cover multi-scale spatial coverage,and have high accuracy.At the same time,it explores the law of mutual influence between urban form and urban thermal climate environment at different scales,so as to propose the potential of mobile survey method in the field of urban planning and climatology at the methodological and theoretical levels of connection and cooperation.It is divided into two sections: theoretical research and empirical research:Theoretical level-combing the theory and method of mobile survey from the perspective of climate-sensitive planning.Based on the research review,the universal methods and steps of mobile survey suitable for urban and rural environmental research are extracted,and detailed descriptions are made from two aspects: survey content,survey procedures and steps.Then focus on the key experiment of this paper—the study of urban thermal climate environment and spatial form environment,and further state and verify the specific and detailed mobile survey methods at different spatial scales from the perspective of climate-sensitive planning.Finally,the basic logic of the survey method is sorted out,and the potential and possibility of its expansion from the single-line scale to the city scale are expounded.Empirical research level-small-scale and large-scale empirical research and law analysis.In terms of small scale(street,block,area),initially explore the differences and characteristics of important principles and steps(typical survey time,instrument configuration,route setting,transportation mode)required to carry out mobile surveys,and show the possible presentation of data results model.In terms of large scale(urban scale),this paper explores the interaction law between urban form and urban thermal climate environment in the three seasons of summer,autumn and winter,the main development axis of Chengdu.Finally,look forward to the potential enlightenment of the above-mentioned "mobile survey theory and method" in urban planning.At the same time,based on the above-mentioned empirical research on the thermal environment impact law,a planning and design strategy to improve the heat island effect at the street scale,block/district scale,and city scale is proposed.By carrying out rich practical research and result analysis,based on scientific and rational data and thinking mode,this paper forms a mobile survey method suitable for urban and rural planning disciplines and guide.
