| With the continuous development of science and technology pulsed laser rangefinder has been widely used in various fields,and the existing rangefinder performance detection system is mostly in the laboratory environment.In this case,it can only be detected when the rangefinder is delivered,or after the rangefinder is removed from the application platform,so it is difficult to efficiently complete the detection work.Based on this,aiming at the performance parameters of the typical laser rangefinder,this thesis studies the laser rangefinder performance detection method which can realize the fast online detection.The performance detection system of laser rangefinder in this paper mainly consists of system alignment module,system optical parameter control module,system echo control module and system distance simulation module.Aiming at the requirement of fast alignment of the alignment module,this paper moves the adjusting table based on the incident light spot in the four-quadrant detector position,so that the laser incident into the infrared CCD of small field of view,so as to achieve fast alignment.Aiming at the requirement of measuring pulse width and pulse recurrence frequency of laser rangefinder pulses in nanosecond order by optical parameter module of the system,a pulse width measurement method based on multi-threshold comparator is proposed.This method does not need high speed AD sampler and can reduce the difficulty of circuit implementation.Aiming at the high precision requirement of the range simulation module,this paper realizes the high precision electric delay technology based on the FPGA high frequency counting principle,so as to simulate the laser rangefinder to measure the distance.The performance detection system of laser rangefinder has been tested.The included Angle of transceiver axis is less than 50 microradians,the pulse width is within the range of 5-250 ns to achieve the detection accuracy of 2ns,and the pulse recurrence frequency is within the range of 1Hz-2khz to achieve the detection accuracy of less than 1Hz.In this paper,a time-delay accuracy test method based on dual photodetectors is proposed for the first time.The test results show that the system has realized the simulation range of 300m-150 km and the simulation accuracy is less than 1m. |
