| As people begin to focus on the resource-rich ocean,in order to strengthen their control over it,countries are stepping up the development of sonar systems with high sensitivity,high reliability and wide detection range to further improve the ability of underwater detection.As the core part of sonar system,the high performance hydrophone is the basic guarantee to improve the performance of sonar system.The purpose of this paper is to develop a new type of receiver transducer with higher performance which can be used in underwater.This paper on the subject of related research status at home and abroad related research,this paper expounds the necessity of developing high performance sensor,the demand for sensor performance parameters were analyzed,and the existing at the same time have magnetic properties and the characteristics of the residual magnetism is based on double sex magnets,according to the theory of the classical electromagnetic theory put forward new sensor design,design of sensor and the design process,and combining the existing material performance test of finished to illustrate the feasibility of the design of sensor.Secondly,centering on the ultimate design goal of improving sensitivity,based on the existing theoretical knowledge and combined with the relevant finite element analysis,the parameter design of the magnetic circuit,vibration components and other related structures of the sensor was completed.In the magnetic circuit design part,according to the theory of magnetic circuit design and the finite element analysis,the selection of relevant materials and the optimization of key parameters in the magnetic circuit design are determined.In the part of diaphragm design,the fixed frequency of the diaphragm and the forced vibration of the diaphragm are analyzed by finite element method.In combination with the actual design function,the determination of the diaphragm material and the determination of the relevant structural parameters are determined.The virtual assembly of the sensor is realized through the virtual prototyping technology,and the coupling characteristics of the multi-physical field of the designed sensor are analyzed,so as to complete the coupling simulation analysis of the sensor.Get the relevant performance indicators as a reference.Finally,the relevant fabrication and testing contents of the sensor are completed,and the working performance of the sensor in the aspects of sensitivity and directivity is verified. |
