Research On The Impact Of Urban Digital Economy On Export Technology Complexit

China’s economic development since reform and opening has developed rapidly,as it has achieved continued expansion of the economic scale,lack of essential technology,product technology subject to people and other phenomena are becoming more and more obvious,in the face of the increasingly severe international economic situation,China urgently needs to seek new breakthroughs in economic transformation and achieve technological independent development,and the digital economy is a good opportunity.The rapid development of the digital economy in recent years has had a profound impact on the traditional economic pattern.On the one hand,digital information technology,digital equipment manufacturing,and basic services directly related to the digital economy have been continuously improved,providing preconditions for the development and progress of the digital economy;On the other hand,the integration of digital economy and traditional industries has also intensified,and through digital technology,traditional industries have given new management concepts and business models,enabling enterprises in many industries to break through the original conceptual shackles and constantly innovate themselves.The digital economy has become the most dynamic economic form in the current environment,one of the engines of economic growth,and there is still a broad space for development.Governments around the world attach great importance to the digital economy,and have arranged from many aspects such as economic policies,digital technology research and development,and talent training to escort the development of the digital economy.It is also a rare development opportunity for China,which will help China promote industrial upgrading and get rid of low-end production and manufacturing.The importance of digital economy in urban development is the focus of this paper,which also examines the effect of city-level digital economy growth on the complexity of export technology,proposes that urban human capital and R&D innovation can play a mediating role in the relationship between urban digital economy affecting export technology complexity based on literature and research directions,and puts forward the relevant hypotheses of this paper.In the empirical analysis,in order to accurately measure the influence of the development of urban digital economy on the technical complexity of urban export,this paper summarizes and draws on existing literature research to measure the degree of digital economy development and urban export technology complexity of 252 cities in China.Based on the data obtained from 2011-2017,it is studied how the digital economy affects the technological complexity of export in cities.The results show that the digital economy can significantly promote the development of urban export technology complexity,and can play an indirect role through urban human capital and R&D innovation activities.At the same time,according to the regional heterogeneity of cities,it is found that the export technology complexity of eastern cities is more sensitive to R&D and innovation,while the demand for human capital in central and western cities is more urgent.At the same time,by analyzing factors such as city scale and urban agglomeration,the heterogeneity of digital economy development is discussed.This paper verifies the influence relationship between digital economy and export technology complexity at the city level,and provides a basis for the digital development of Chinese cities and the improvement of export technology complexity.
