Research On The Factors Influencing The Satisfaction Of Rural Revitalization And Construction Achievements

The countryside is a regional complex with natural,social and economic characteristics,and has multiple functions such as production,life,ecology and culture.It plays an extremely important role in China’s development.The construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing double-city economic circle plays a huge role in the development of the western region and even the country.It can better expand the strategic depth,maintain the overall national security,better smooth the domestic circulation,highlight the strong domestic market advantages,better optimize the opening pattern,and promote regional coordinated development.At the same time,the achievements of the economic circle construction also affect the construction of rural revitalization in the region.In order to explore whether the residents of Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle are satisfied with the results of rural and local village revitalization and construction,this paper,based on the information collected from the Sichuan-Chongqing People’s Livelihood Index questionnaire,and referring to the document "Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)" issued by the state,selects the variables of rural revitalization and construction from five perspectives of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,effective governance,rich life,and rural civilization,so as to study the results of rural revitalization and construction;At the same time,from the perspective of consumer confidence,people’s satisfaction,the construction results of the Chengdu-Chongqing double-city economic circle,and the respondent’s family situation,we select the variables of the construction results of the Chengdu-Chongqing double-city economic circle to study the influencing factors of the rural revitalization construction results.In the empirical part,the first step is to deal with the variables of Chengdu-Chongqing double-city economic circle construction and rural revitalization through principal component analysis and entropy weight method.Through principal component analysis,the variables of the construction achievements of Chengdu-Chongqing double-city economic circle are compressed and the influence factors are constructed to eliminate the influence of multicollinearity;The entropy weight method is used to give weight to the variables of rural revitalization achievements to build a comprehensive index for the evaluation of rural revitalization achievements.The second step is to construct the dependent variables of three grades of dissatisfaction,general and satisfaction through the transformation of the comprehensive indicators for the evaluation of the achievements of rural revitalization and construction,and to carry out an orderly logistic regression analysis with the influencing factors as the independent variables to explore the influencing factors that affect the change of the degree of satisfaction;Through the standardized transformation of the comprehensive indicators for the evaluation of rural revitalization and construction achievements,the satisfaction score variable is constructed.The satisfaction score is used as the dependent variable,and the influence factor is used as the independent variable for quantile regression analysis to explore the influencing factors under each satisfaction score;Through the Euclidean distance geographical weight matrix of each district and county and the average value of the satisfaction evaluation index of each district and county’s rural revitalization and construction achievements,the Moran index is constructed to test the autocorrelation between regions,and verify whether the distribution of satisfaction has the trend of centralized distribution in regions.Through the data of this questionnaire and the corresponding measurement model,we find that the people’s livelihood and the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle itself have the greatest impact on the satisfaction of rural revitalization in the region.Accelerating the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle and improving the overall evaluation of people’s living standards can significantly improve the satisfaction.Secondly,the improvement of the environment,the improvement of employment situation and the elimination of consumption concerns can improve satisfaction to some extent.If the operating income of rural residents is increased,their dissatisfaction can be eliminated,but their satisfaction cannot be improved under the condition of satisfaction.At the same time,the older the residents are,the more likely they are to be highly satisfied.According to the test results of spatial autocorrelation,we can see that satisfaction is random in regional distribution,and there is no phenomenon that cities with high satisfaction are concentrated in a certain region.Finally,based on all the above information,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing double-city economic circle and people’s livelihood construction.
