| The origin of the geomagnetic field is a major basic scientific issue, and it is of great scientific value to reveal the mechanism of the geomagnetic field.Since 1600,many scientists have explored the origin of the geomagnetic field, and put forward several hypotheses about the origin of the geomagnetic field, such as the self-excited motor hypothesis, the double-disk coupled generator model hypothesis, and so on.However, each of these hypotheses has its own problems, and they cannot be fully scientifically self-contained,nor can they be raised to become scientific theories. Therefore,so far, human beings still have not fully understood how the magnetic field is generated.Based on the electromagnetic field theory, atomic structure theory and Seebeck effect, this paper puts forward a new hypothesis of the origin of the geomagnetic field-"electron temperature gradient theory".Its core idea is that there is a temperature gradient inside the earth, the electrons of the atoms in the high-temperature region have high energy, and the high-energy electrons in the high-temperature region move to the low-temperature region. In this way,a separate area with relatively rich positive and negative charges is formed inside the earth. These positive and negative charges form an electric current along with the rotation of the earth, and the electric current generates the geomagnetic field. One of the core problems in the hypothesis of the origin of the electron temperature gradient geomagnetic field is: the current intensity generated by the same amount of positive and negative charges with the rotation of the earth is the same, the flow direction is opposite, and the current position is different. Can it generate a magnetic field similar in shape to the Earth’s magnetic field? In order to study the rationality of the hypothesis of the origin of the electron temperature gradient geomagnetic field,it is first necessary to confirm that the magnetic field generated by it has the same morphological characteristics as the actually observed geomagnetic field. The main task of this paper is to simulate and calculate the magnetic field of the electron temperature gradient hypothesis, and compare it with the earth’s geomagnetic field to illustrate the rationality of this new hypothesis.Firstly, according to the sphere structure and motion characteristics of the earth, the electronic temperature gradient calculation model is established by adopting the principle of proportional scaling. Then use the CST electromagnetic simulation software to simulate the magnetic field of the electronic temperature gradient model. The calculation results show that the distribution of the magnetic field in the electron temperature gradient model is basically consistent with that of the geomagnetic field.Preliminarily confirmed the rationality of the hypothesis of the origin of the electron temperature gradient geomagnetic field. In addition, based on the principle of "electronic temperature gradient theory",this paper puts forward conjectures on the cause of the geomagnetic reversal phenomenon from the perspective of the earth’s temperature change.By reversing the current in the inner and outer layers of the original model, the distribution of the magnetic field in the opposite direction to the original magnetic field is obtained. It shows that the "electron temperature gradient theory" can explain the magnetic pole reversal phenomenon of the geomagnetic field to a certain extent. |
