At present,more and more attention is paid to the harmless treatment of solid organic pollutants in the environment.In particular,the pollution migration and control of kitchen waste are urgent problems to be solved.At the same time,as a renewable resource,reasonable utilization of kitchen waste will kill two birds with one stone.On the other hand,there are environmental pollutants such as antibiotics in some organic matter.Antibiotic pollution can lead to the emergence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria and antibiotic resistance genes,which seriously threaten human health and environmental safety.As an environmentally friendly insect,the black gadfly can efficiently and harmlessly transform most organic wastes,and has the unique advantages of high repair efficiency,small ecological footprint and low diffusion risk.The use of black Gadfly can not only consume a lot of organic pollutants,but also produce economic byproducts.Therefore,compared with the traditional treatment methods,the research on organic pollutants degradation by the larvae of the black Gadfly is in line with the requirements of ecological civilization construction,and is of great significance in improving the quality of the ecological environment and the efficiency of resource utilization,promoting the ecological priority investment and consumption pattern,and forming the green production and life style.This paper is studied from the following aspects:1.The analysis of tolerance test shows that different water content will have an effect on the growth and development of black gadfly larvae.When the water content is about70%,the larvae will grow best,too high water content will inhibit the larvae growth or even die,too low water content will affect the growth rate of larvae.Excessive salt will also affect the growth of larvae.When the salt content of the substrate is higher than 2%,the inhibition effect will gradually appear,and the higher the salt content,the more obvious the effect.The black gadfly’s tolerance to edible oil is high,and the growth promotion effect is most obvious when the oil content is not higher than 3%,and the effect decreases as the oil content increases.According to the results of the orthogonal test,the water,salt and oil contents of the substrate had the following effects on the larval growth of black gadfly: salt content > oil content > water content.2.By studying the variation rule of DOM spectral characteristics of biological transformation materials and analyzing the nutritional value of the insects,it can be seen that the organic matter of the substrate will be converted into its own biomass energy during the biological transformation process of the black Gadfly,and the physiological activities of the larvae can accelerate the production of dissolved organic matter.Compared with the traditional composting treatment,the humification degree of the materials is significantly improved.It is beneficial to the degradation and utilization of organic pollutants by the black Gadfly.In the process of biodegradation,the black gadfly can produce insect protein resources with rich nutritional value,and obtain high valueadded products while solving environmental pollution,thus realizing the concept of sustainable development.3.Through the study of the effects of antibiotics in organic pollutants on the growth and development of the larvae and the diversity of intestinal bacteria,it can be seen that the presence of antibiotics will affect the growth and development of the larvae of the black fly.The effect is more significant with the increase of antibiotic dose,and the effect of compound antibiotics is stronger than that of single antibiotics.At the same time,antibiotics can change the fermentation conditions of the food,thus changing the palatability of the food and the feeding rate of the larvae.In addition,antibiotics can destroy the balance of microbes in the larvae ’gut,further affecting the growth and development of larvae.The intestinal microorganisms produced different immune responses under the action of different kinds of antibiotics,which showed that the dominant strains and abundance of the larvae were different.The addition of antibiotics at the experimental concentration can change the larval development and intestinal microbial diversity of the black Gadfly.The inhibitory effect on the larval growth and development of the black Gadfly is a complex effect.4.Through the study of black gadfly bioconversion of kitchen waste effectiveness research and economic benefit analysis and evaluation can be seen,black gadfly degradation of kitchen waste project needs to be combined with the actual local situation,choose the appropriate process and the corresponding scale,in line with the national environmental requirements standards and local government local regulations,to ensure the safe operation of the enterprise.At the same time,the bylaws and regulations of kitchen waste treatment are strictly regulated.Under the premise of guaranteeing quality and safety,we make full use of social capital and cooperate with enterprises to form a closed ecological industry chain.
