| The technology of induction heating is a kind of technology that uses the electro-magnetic induction principle to transform electrical power into heat power in a non touch ways.The technology has the benefits of unified heating,high efficient and environment-friendly,quickly heating,safe and reliable compared with the conventional heating technology,so it has been extensively used in many areas such as the industrial metal,machinery construction,household appliances,etc.Because of superficial effect,the traditional single-frequency induction heating technology is difficult to achieve uniform heating of workpieces with complex geometry when heat treatment is carried out,which leads to problems such as reduced structural strength and shortened service life of workpieces.In order to solve this problem,the dual-frequency induction heating technology has been developed.In the application of dual-frequency induction heating power supply,the penetration depth of the workpiece is determined by the frequency of the output current of the induction heating power supply,while the heating heat of different penetration depths is mainly determined by the output power of the power supply and the heating time of the workpiece in the induction heating coil.Therefore,in order to improve the processing quality of the workpiece and meet the heating temperature of different penetration depths of the workpiece,the dual-frequency induction heating power supply needs to be individually controllable in terms of dual-frequency power.The current research on the dual-frequency induction heating power supply is mainly conducted from the power supply topology design,with less research on power regulation,and the existing structure generally has the problem of dual-frequency power regulation coupling.Therefore,this paper takes the topology of dual-frequency induction heating power supply with arbitrary frequency ratio as the specific research object and conducts the research on the power decoupling control of dual-frequency induction heating power supply according to the ideas of theoretical study,simulation verification and experimental verification.First of all,with the method of Fourier series,the harmonic properties of the output voltage of the dual-frequency induction heating power supply are analyzed,the influencing factors of the output power of the dual-frequency induction heating power supply are studied,the feasible power regulation method is established,and then the decoupling control strategy is designed based on the feedforward compensation decoupling method to study the power regulation of the dual-frequency induction heating power supply.Finally,Matlab/Simulink simulation software is used to simulate the power uncoupling of dual-frequency induction power with different frequency scales,to build an independent experimental bench for small power dual-frequency induction power with any frequency ratio,to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the feedforward compensation uncoupling control strategy designed in this paper for dual-frequency induction power with any frequency ratio.The feedforward compensated decoupling control strategy designed in this paper is validated for any frequency ratio dual induction heating power supply. |
