| River flow is one of the most important items in hydrological testing.Accurate and rapid flow measurement of rivers has always been a major problem in hydrological testing.In this paper,a new type of cable channel automatic flow measurement system is developed to realize the automatic operation of non-contact flow measurement,to achieve unattended automatic completion of the entire flow measurement process,and real-time analysis and processing of flow measurement data.The radar wave automatic flow measurement system proposed in this paper can be widely used in the fields of large rivers,mountain and creek rivers,emergency rescue,urban waterlogging and other fields.Based on the analysis of the current research status of current measurement systems at home and abroad,this paper proposes a new scheme of radar wave automatic flow measurement.The current measuring robot and power supply part have been applied,which significantly reduces the work intensity of on-site hydrological testing.In this paper,the function of the radar wave automatic current measurement system is analyzed in detail and the overall design is carried out,including the design of the system work mode and the system work flow design.At the same time,the hardware equipment and supporting equipment required by the system are studied in detail,and the telemetry terminal,flow measurement robot and corresponding software in the system are developed,and the rules such as flow measurement time and parameters such as the representative vertical line are set to the system.In the software,the system will automatically measure the flow according to the set rule parameters,and implement intelligent control over the whole process of flow measurement in an unattended state.This paper innovatively proposes a low-power remote upgrade method based on Boot Loader guidance,which supports multiple communication methods and resuming transmission from breakpoints,and solves the problem of remote maintenance of equipment.A new method for normalizing the average flow velocity of the vertical line was invented,which improved the usability and accuracy of the flow test results.Through the independent research and development of new equipment,new methods,and new systems,this paper forms a full-time and all-domain flow measurement and control integration technology system,and then realizes the breakthrough and innovation of "intelligent perception,edge computing,real-time transmission,analysis and processing" flow measurement and control integration technology.In this paper,the Wuqiangxi Hydrological Station is used as the application site,and the operation test is carried out after the system is debugged,and the comparison test of the cable current meter method is carried out synchronously.The test results show that the flow data measured by the radar wave automatic flow measurement system meets the specification requirements.Accurate and reliable.It can be seen from the comparison data that the radar wave automatic flow measurement system solves the test problems caused by the sudden rise and fall of the water level,many floating objects,and high flow velocity to personnel and instruments in the conventional flow test during high floods.Complex to economical and practical,easy to operate,safe and efficient transformation,has a good promotion and application value. |
