| Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the auto insurance market has ushered in development opportunities with the take-off of the auto market,and the scale of auto insurance premiums has also expanded,becoming the first pillar insurance of major property insurance companies.In recent years,the competition in the auto insurance market has become increasingly fierce,and the industry and outside the industry are extremely concerned about the effect of auto insurance claims services,and the overall satisfaction with the quality of claims services needs to be improved.The efficiency of auto insurance claims settlement is an important embodiment of the quality of auto insurance claims services,and the inefficiency of auto insurance claims will seriously affect the satisfaction of policyholders and the cooperation relationship within the industry,thereby affecting the premium income of insurance companies,and will become a huge hidden danger for the healthy development of insurance companies in the long run.Based on the claims data of a property insurance company in 2021,this paper uses Petri network,DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis),game theory and other methods to focus on the timeliness analysis,efficiency evaluation and efficiency optimization strategy analysis of auto insurance claims from the perspective of interest balance,aiming to further propose optimization goals and countermeasures to improve the efficiency of auto insurance claims.The specific research work is as follows:In order to optimize the timeliness of auto insurance claim efficiency,by considering the rate factor of the claim process,a random Petri network model of the auto insurance claim process is constructed,the model improvement is realized based on workflow structure analysis,and the timeliness of auto insurance claim business is analyzed by using the homogeneous Markov chain.The results show that the constructed stochastic Petri network model can dynamically describe the runtime efficiency of the auto insurance claim system through the variable utilization rate and identification flow rate,which is consistent with the actual situation of auto insurance claims.Reducing the time spent in the loss assessment process and claims processing process can significantly improve the efficiency of auto insurance claims and customer service experience.In order to improve the efficiency of insurance companies’ claims indicators,based on the assessment data of insurance companies’ claims adjusters,the input-output indicators of the DEA model are determined,and the BCC model of regional efficiency classified according to claims adjusters is first constructed,and the efficiency value analysis,scale return analysis,output deficiency analysis and relaxation variable analysis are carried out on the claim data.Then,an SBM ultra-efficiency model for the efficiency of claims adjusters is constructed,and the super efficiency value analysis of the claims data is carried out.Finally,a Tobit regression model for the influencing factors of auto insurance claim efficiency is constructed,and the influencing factors of claim efficiency are analyzed for regression.The results show that the research on the influencing factors of auto insurance claim efficiency has passed the significance test,among which the average loss assessment amount of cars below 5,000 yuan and the time for the first submission of vehicle damage assessment are the most significant.In order to measure the impact of the overall benefits of insurance companies,claims adjusters and maintenance manufacturers on the efficiency of auto insurance claims,a dynamic game model of interest balance of insurance companies,claims adjusters and maintenance manufacturers is constructed,the sensitivity analysis of each auto insurance claim efficiency parameter to the balance of auto insurance claim network is quantified,and the variational inequality theory and variable step projection algorithm are used to analyze the influence of behavioral decisions of auto insurance claims participants on claims efficiency factors,and then obtain the conditions for system equilibrium.The results show that the policy commission rate is inversely proportional to the average working hour rate,the claim settlement efficiency is directly proportional to the insurance rate,and the average case processing fee is inversely proportional to the insurance amount. |
