SEIQS And SEIQR Models With Different Isolation Strategies On Complex Networks

Abstract/Summary:
In this thesis,we study the spread of Susceptible-Exposed-InfectedQuarantined-Susceptible(SEIQS)model and Susceptible-Exposed-InfectedQuarantined-Removed(SEIQR)model on uniform networks and scale-free networks under different isolation strategies.We not only study the SEIQS and SEIQR disease transmission models which it has not incubation in latent period,but also study the SEIQS and SEIQR models which it has incubation in latent period.In these models,S represents the number of susceptible people,E represents the number of exposed people,I represents the number of infected people,Q represents the quarantined people,R represents the number of removed people.In this thesis,the basic reproduction number of two type’s disease models is studied.After calculation,we find that the basic reproduction number of SEIQS and SEIQR models on the uniform networks and scale-free networks are equal under the same conditions and isolation strategies.If people infected during the incubation period are not capable of transmission:a quarantine policy based on isolating only the infected ones,R0 on an uniform network is β<k>/(γ1+ω),R0 on a scale-free network is<k2>/<k>β/(γ1+ω);a quarantine policy based on isolating only the exposed ones,R0 on an uniform network is αβ<k>/γ1(α+ω),R0 on a scale-free network is<k2>/<k>αβ/γ1(α+ω);a quarantine policy based on isolating the infected and the exposed ones,R0 on an uniform network is αβ<k>/(α+ω1)(γ1+ω2),t R0 on a scale-free network is<k2>/<k>αβ/(α+ω1)(γ1+ω2).If people infected during the incubation period is capable of transmission:a quarantine policy based on isolating only the infected ones,R0 on an uniform network is<k>[β1(γ1+ω)+αβ2]/α(γ1+ω),R0 on a a scale-free network is<k2>/<k>[β1(γ1+β)+αβ2]/α(γ1+ω);a quarantine policy based on isolating only the exposed ones,R0 on an uniform network is<k>(αβ2+β1γ1)/γ1(α+ω),R0 on a scale-free network is<k2>/<k>(αβ2+β1γ1)/γ1(α+ω);a quarantine policy based on isolating the infected and the exposed ones,R0 on an uniform network is<k>[β1(γ1+ω2)+αβ2]/(α+ω1)(γ1+ω2),R0 on a scale-free network is<k2>/<k>[β1(γ1+ω2)+αβ2]/(α+ω1)(γ1+ω2).
