| Queuing game theory is a rapidly developing research field.Using game theory to analyze customers’ strategic behavior in queuing system has become a research hotspot.In this thesis,synchronous breakdown,asynchronous breakdown and asynchronous vacation strategy are introduced into the classical queuing model,and relevant queuing models are constructed respectively and their equilibrium strategies are analyzed.Firstly,this thesis studies the equilibrium strategic in queuing systems with synchronous breakdown.Under the observable case,the equilibrium balking strategy is obtained,and the steady-state distribution of the system is obtained to express the social welfare.The effects of different system parameters on the social welfare are analyzed by numerical examples.Secondly,this thesis studies the equilibrium strategic in queuing systems with asynchronous breakdown.Under the observable case,the equilibrium balking strategy and the social welfare are obtained.The effects of different system parameters on the social welfare are analyzed by numerical examples.Then,this thesis studies the equilibrium strategic in queuing systems with asynchronous vacation strategy.Under the observable case,the equilibrium balking strategy and the social welfare are obtained.The effects of different system parameters on the social welfare are analyzed by numerical examples.Finally,this thesis simulates the after-sales consulting service system on the shopping platform with synchronous breakdown and asynchronous breakdown through a numerical analysis,and compares the influence of the queuing model with synchronous breakdown and the queuing model with asynchronous breakdown on the social welfare.It is found that the after-sales consulting service system with synchronous breakdown can generate more social welfare than the after-sales consulting service system with asynchronous breakdown when the system load is large under the fully observable case,the opposite relation exists when the system load is small.On the other hand,in the almost observable case,the after-sales consulting service system with asynchronous breakdown always produces more social welfare than the after-sales consulting service system with synchronous breakdown. |
