| The study of constructing patterned photonic crystal structures on textile substrates using colloidal microsphere self-assembly has received widespread attention,but the stability of photonic crystal color structures is generally poor,which limits their application and promotion.How to obtain photonic crystals that balance stability and structural color effects on textile substrates has become a hot research topic.Adding viscous substances to the self-assembly system to enhance the connectivity between adjacent microspheres and the adhesion between the crystal layer and the substrate is currently a more effective strategy.However,the common low refractive index(<1.6)microspheres(such as silica and polystyrene)have similar refractive indices to viscous substances,resulting in the effective refractive index of the obtained photonic crystals approaching 1,resulting in a deterioration of the structural color effect formed by diffraction.This study proposes to prepare zinc oxide(Zn O)microspheres with high refractive index(>2.0)in response to the problem of generally low refractive index of organic microspheres.By doping viscous substances in a self-assembled system,patterned photonic crystals are prepared on textile substrates that balance structural color effect and stability.The research results will provide a practical basis for the practical application of photonic crystal chromogenic structures.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following three aspects:(1)Preparation and performance research of Zn O microspheres with controllable particle size and excellent monodispersity.Exploring the influence of preparation conditions on the particle size and monodispersity of Zn O microspheres,obtaining Zn O microspheres with suitable particle size and good monodispersity,and analyzing the microstructure,structural composition,crystal form,storage stability and other properties of Zn O microspheres.(2)Preparation and application of Zn O microsphere structured color generating printing paste.Prepare Zn O microsphere structured color printing paste,optimize and regulate the formula and performance of the structured color printing paste.Construct photonic crystal structural color patterns on textile substrates using screen printing method,and evaluate the effectiveness of the obtained photonic crystal structural color patterns.(3)Preparation and application of Zn O microsphere structured chromogenic ink.Prepare Zn O microsphere structured chromogenic ink and study the effects of microsphere mass fraction,adhesive,ink p H value,surface tension,and viscosity on ink performance.Utilize digital jet printing technology to construct photonic crystal structural color patterns and evaluate the effectiveness of the obtained photonic crystal structural color patterns.The results showed that:(1)Zn O microsphere lotion with good monodispersity and storage stability was prepared by sol gel method.During the preparation process,with the increase of the amount of zinc acetate dihydrate,the particle size of Zn O microspheres gradually increases;As the amount of diethylene glycol and supernatant increased,the particle size of Zn O microspheres gradually decreased.(2)The prepared Zn O microsphere structured color printing paste has excellent performance,and the structural color pattern constructed by screen printing method has good brightness,pattern integrity,and adhesion fastness to textile substrates.(3)Zn O microsphere structured color ink with excellent performance was prepared using Zn O microspheres,adhesives,p H regulators,surface tension regulators,and viscosity regulators as components.The structural color patterns obtained by digital spray printing technology have good brightness,pattern integrity,and adhesion fastness to textile substrates. |
