The optical F-P cavity,micro-nano mechanical oscillator and particles combined composite cavity opto-mechanical system have attracted more and more attention in the research and applications of basic physical phenomenon,quantum computation,quantum information,precision measurement and other aspects.The precise control of the coupling position of luminescent particles loaded on the surface of nanofiber,measure the waist spot radius of optical F-P cavity are important elements in the experiment.This paper conducts theoretical and experimental research on this.In order to realize the strong coupling between light and particles,optical micro-cavity was introduced into the experimental system,and the frequency chain system used to lock optical micro-cavity was also introduced.The research in this paper provides theoretical and experimental guidance for the study of the interaction between light and matter,and also provides a good platform for the study of composite cavity opto-mechanics with photons,particles and phonons.The main research works are as follows:1.This paper theoretically simulated the transmission of optical F-P cavity with nanofiber placed in different cavity mode positions,it provides theoretical guidance for experimental research.2.This paper experimental studied the influence of optical F-P resonator finesse when nanofiber was placed in the cavity mode of optical F-P cavity,the relationship between the finesse of optical F-P cavity and nanofiber position in the cavity mode is obtained,which provides a reference for precise control of the position of the coupling between luminescent particles loaded on the surface of nanofiber and optical F-P cavity.3.This paper measured the waist spot radius of optical F-P cavity,and realized nondestructive characterization of the mode field distribution in optical F-P cavity.The waist spot radius of optical F-P cavity is directly obtained by measuring the relationship between cavity loss caused by the position of nanofiber.The measured waist spot radius value is consistent with the theoretical calculated waist spot radius value.4.In order to study the interaction between light and matter in the optical micro-cavity,this paper constructed frequency chain locking system used to lock optical micro-cavity,which lays the foundation for subsequent experimental research.
