Urbanization is the inevitable result of the economic and the social development.But as urbanization accelerates,the man-made transformed cities often cause rainflood disasters when encountering heavy rainfall,which has a great impact on the life of urban residents,therefore,how to effectively carry out urban rainflood management research has been an important issue.Urban flood simulation is an important tool for urban stormwater management.In this study,a modeling method based on UAV tilt photogrammetry is used in the study of stormwater management after the literature research and summary.Firstly,the current situation of UAV tilt photogrammetry technology and the current situation of urban storm water management are studied based on domestic and foreign literature,and on this basis the current situation of the application of UAV tilt photogrammetry technology in urban storm water management is studied,and the following problem is extracted: there is a lack of overall research on evaluating the effect of sponge transformation based on UAV tilt photogrammetry technology.To solve this problem,the sponge retrofitting effect is evaluated after constructing a Storm Water Management Model(SWMM)from the urban subsurface data obtained by tilt photogrammetry technology.Secondly,the UAV tilt photogrammetry technology can realize data acquisition and build a high-precision digital elevation model of the city;after extracting the subbedding data,the sub-sink area is divided according to the study area;then,the rainfall data and pipe network data of the city are obtained to complete the acquisition of SWMM sub-sink area parameters;finally,the SWMM model is built according to the parameters of each part of the model.Then,combined with the formula of storm intensity in Xuzhou city,five rain types with rainfall duration of 2h and recurrence periods of 2 years,5 years,10 years,20 years and 50 years are selected to evaluate the hydrology and drainage capacity of the study area and the stormwater pipe network,and it is concluded that the imperviousness of the study area is large,which is easy to form large runoff and cause waterlogging;the five recurrence periods are more serious in the overflow situation of nodes between1-1.5h of rainfall duration,and the pipe sections are obviously Overloading.The assessment results indicate that further stormwater management measures and postassessment should be carried out in the study area.Finally,based on the hydrology of the study area and the drainage capacity of the stormwater pipe network,and considering the retrofitting cost and management cost,this study used three LID measures,namely permeable paving,green roof and grassed ditch,to design the stormwater management scheme.That is,it verified that this study finally obtained a rainwater flood management model with self-restoration capability.There are 61 figures,18 tables,4 appendices and 84 references in this thesis.
