Cultivated land is the carrier and foundation of food production,and the quality protection of cultivated land is the key support to ensure the effective supply of agricultural products and national food security.Shaanxi Province is the core area for the implementation of ecological protection and high-quality development strategies in the Yellow River Basin.How to ensure that the number of cultivated land is not reduced while improving the quality and utilization of cultivated land is a problem that cannot be ignored in the protection of cultivated land in Shaanxi Province.The research on the informatization management of cultivated land resources in Shaanxi Province is conducive to the organic combination of cultivated land protection,utilization and management,and provides scientific basis and decision-making support for the "trinity" protection of cultivated land in Shaanxi Province.This paper selects the cultivated land in Shaanxi Province as the research object,researches and develops the cultivated land information system of Shaanxi Province based on Web GIS,and realizes the system functions of cultivated land quality data query,cultivated land quality model construction and decision-making consultation for different user groups.Based on the system data,the quality of cultivated land in Shaanxi Province in 2020 was evaluated and graded,and the spatial distribution pattern of cultivated land quality in Shaanxi Province was analyzed.The main conclusions and achievements of the study are as follows:(1)The structure of Geo Server+Tomcat+Openlayers+Vue+Post GIS+Postgre SQL was used to build the cultivated land information system of Shaanxi Province.Designed and completed the functions of system login,model construction,query and browsing of cultivated land information,and generation of statistical charts.Users can query cultivated land quality information according to different query conditions,build custom cultivated land quality evaluation models,upload and download data,and publish information,etc.The completion of this system can provide scientific decision-making assistance for the refined management of regional cultivated land quality,and provide technical support for improving the information management level of cultivated land resources in Shaanxi Province.(2)Considering the system maintenance requirements,this paper constructs the spatial database and attribute database of cultivated land quality evaluation in Shaanxi Province,and compiles the data dictionary of the cultivated land information system in Shaanxi Province on this basis,defines the name,attribute and description of the system data,and performs data standardization processing,realized the one-key import of cultivated land quality survey data,which effectively reduced the difficulty of system maintenance;opened the data interactive inspection authority for the system administrator,so as to conduct quality inspection on the batch imported data;through the combination of manual inspection and system batch processing The data management mode guarantees the system data quality.(3)The evaluation results of cultivated land quality in Shaanxi Province in 2020 show that the comprehensive index of cultivated land quality in Shaanxi Province ranges from 0.473 to 0.934,and the average grade of cultivated land quality is 5.988.In terms of spatial distribution,it is characterized by being low in the north and high in the south.Among them,the distribution area of the first to third grades is 581,300 hectares,accounting for 18.83% of the total cultivated land area,mainly distributed in the Guanzhong Plain and Hanzhong Basin with good hydrothermal conditions;the distribution area of the fourth to sixth grades is1,208,800 hectares,accounting for 39.16% of the total cultivated land area,widely distributed in the Weihe River,the high terraces of the Yellow River valley,and the plateau and gully areas in the central and western parts of Yan’an;the distribution area of seventh to tenth grades is1.2968 million hectares,accounting for 42.01% of the total cultivated land area.It is mainly distributed in sand dunes and loess remnant plateau areas in northern Shaanxi where wind erosion is strong.
