| With the proposal of the concept of intelligent Building and smart city,Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology and Geographic Information System(GIS)technology have been rapidly developed in their respective fields.The construction of smart city has put forward new requirements for BIM and GIS technology.The integration of BIM and GIS technology has become the development direction of three-dimensional integration.Three-dimensional space scene modeling technology plays an important role in urban development and is the foundation of smart city construction.Through the research of BIM and GIS technology,the modeling characteristics and model advantages are analyzed,and the rich building information in BIM model is integrated into the macro scene of GIS,which can enrich the information expression of buildings in the big scene,and provide the spatial scene for buildings to assist decision-making,which is of great significance in the indoor and outdoor integrated display,spatial data analysis and other aspects.The main research work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)The characteristics of BIM technology and model are analyzed,the BIM data format is analyzed,the characteristics and differences of IFC standard and City GML standard are studied,and the BIM model is refined and constructed by comparing different BIM modeling platforms;The characteristics of GIS technology and data are analyzed,the requirements of BIM and GIS data fusion are analyzed,the 3D visualization technology is studied,and the advantages and characteristics of BIM model and tilt photography model are analyzed.At the same time,the oblique photography technique is analyzed and the oblique photography model is built.(2)Summarizes the current technical difficulties in the integration of BIM data and GIS data,and puts forward feasible solutions;Different GIS data fusion platforms are compared,and the technical advantages of SuperMap 3D GIS platform are analyzed.In 3D GIS scene,the BIM model is lightweight by simplifying triangulation network and extracting building shell.The BIM model data was exported by the data conversion plug-in,and the data loading effect of BIM models with different data formats in GIS platform was compared.It was verified that the BIM model exported by the plug-in had good geometric effect and could retain the geometric data and attribute information of buildings to the maximum extent.(3)BIM data and oblique photography data are integrated based on the SuperMap platform,and the model is optimized in the three-dimensional scene to realize the data intercommunication and visual display of different models.Moreover,the three-dimensional scene model is analyzed by submersion analysis,indoor and outdoor integration,visibility analysis,sunshine analysis and other functional analysis,and the monomatization of the oblique photography model is realized.Analyze the application of 3D scene model in demolition,reconstruction and indoor navigation,release data service for different data sources,and realize data sharing in different terminals. |
