Suitability Evaluation Of Human Settlement Environment In Ganjiang River Basin Based On Multi-source Data

The human settlement environment is the place where human beings live and live together.It is not only the basic place for human survival and development,but also the main place for the mutual connection and interaction between human beings and nature.Today,as socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,people’s demands for a better life are constantly increasing,and their requirements for living environments are also constantly improving.By scientifically evaluating the suitability of human settlements,the influence of different elements on the suitability of human settlements can be quantified,thereby revealing the status of human settlements,which has important reference value for the improvement of the quality of human settlements.Taking the Ganjiang River Basin as an example,this thesis selects natural and humanistic evaluation indicators based on multisource data to construct the natural,humanistic and comprehensive suitability model of the human settlement environment in the Ganjiang River Basin;The suitability evaluation is carried out comprehensively;finally,corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward for the human settlement environment in the Ganjiang River Basin.The main research results are as follows:(1)Construct the human settlement environment suitability model of the Ganjiang River Basin.Based on the existing research status of human settlement environment evaluation indicators,combined with the actual situation of the Ganjiang River Basin,Based on multisource data,it consists of 4 natural element indexes(topographic relief,land cover index,greenhouse index,hydrological index)and 4 human element indexes(night light index,air quality index,traffic accessibility index,public service index)The evaluation index system for the suitability of human settlements in the Ganjiang River Basin.Then,the weight of each indicator element in the evaluation of the suitability of human settlements in the Ganjiang River Basin is obtained by using the AHP based on expert scoring.Finally,build the natural,cultural and comprehensive suitability model of the human settlement environment in the Ganjiang River Basin.(2)Evaluation of the natural and human suitability of human settlements.The natural suitability of the human settlement environment in the Ganjiang River Basin is relatively good,but the regional spatial variation of the human suitability is large.From 2011 to 2020,the natural suitability of the human settlement environment in the Ganjiang River Basin has little change,and the humanistic suitability of the human settlement environment continues to improve.The natural suitable areas for human settlements in the Ganjiang River Basin are mainly distributed in the northern plains and valleys and the southern basins,while the unsuitable areas are mainly concentrated in the eastern and western mountains of the Ganjiang River Basin.The human suitability of the human settlement environment in the Ganjiang River Basin generally presents a pattern of high in the north and low in the south,with the city as the center radiating to the surrounding areas and decreasing.(3)Comprehensive evaluation and optimization suggestions for the suitability of human settlements.The comprehensive suitability of the human settlement environment in the Ganjiang River Basin is relatively good.From 2011 to 2020,the comprehensive suitability of the human settlement environment shows a trend of continuous improvement.Nearly 70% of the areas in the region are suitable for living,and the unsuitable areas only account for about10%,and the suitability generally increases from south to north.As far as the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Ganjiang River Basin are concerned,the comprehensive suitability of the human settlement environment in the upper reaches of the Ganjiang River is average,the comprehensive suitability of the human settlement environment in the middle reaches of the Ganjiang River is better,and the comprehensive suitability of the human settlement environment in the lower reaches of the Ganjiang River is high.Finally,according to the suitability of the human settlement environment in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Ganjiang River Basin,suggestions for optimizing the human settlement environment in the Ganjiang River Basin are put forward according to local conditions.
