Supply chain is a highly interconnected large distribution network system that transfers products or services from source(supplier)to destination(customer).On account of the growing spatial distribution and the mutual effect between network nodes,the supply chain system is increasingly complex,which brings enormous tests to its operation and management.Therefore,the supply chain system ought to harmonize and regulate all links to facilitate cooperation among supply chain participants.In terms of supply chain management,this coordination method is mainly realized through the information exchange between the institutions or controllers of the supply chain organization.The most direct manner of cooperation and communication between enterprises is to transfer some commodity information,it directly affects the production scheduling,inventory management and control of enterprises and the delivery plan of commodities.In the process of information transmit between supply chain enterprises,the delay of information transmission is inevitable,this will affect or hinder management control of inventory.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study how to deal with information sharing delay among enterprises,which can help enterprises timely obtain demand information and cut down inventory risks.Model Predictive Control(MPC)was first applied actually because the operator can judge the information needed in the future based on the information obtained from the history.Therefore,it is a very effective measure to research inventory management under information sharing delay based on model predictive control.This paper adopts Distributed Model Predictive Control(DMPC)strategy to resolve the problem of information sharing delay among suppliers,manufacturers and distributors,and establish the control model under communication failure.At the time when there is a delay in the delivery of order information from the distributor and supplier to the manufacturer,the manufacturer judges and comes to a decision based on the historical cooperation order.In order to satisfy the current market demand and cut down the risk of inventory management,it is obligatory to control the change of the quantity of ordered goods.In order to adjust and update the inventory level to the appropriate economically safe positions,and maintain the overall inventory level of the supply chain.The research details are as follows:This text puts into use the distributed model predictive control method,probes into the problem of inventory management with information sharing delay.By constructing the state space model under communication failure,design distributed model prediction controller.By optimizing the change of order quantity,cut down the risk of information sharing delay to enterprise inventory management,and maintain the inventory security system of the whole supply chain.This text bases on the inventory management system of information sharing delay,establishes the state space model under communication failure,constructs the performance index with information sharing delay,and designs the distributed model prediction controller.Trying to make pay the optimization goal of controlling the order quantity change and maintain the safety level of enterprise inventory management.On the foundation of the matter of enterprise inventory management with the problem of information sharing delay,this paper further considers the effect of different market demands on inventory management.This test designs a state feedback controller,utilize the method of system optimization and Linear Matrix Inequality(LMI),and we derive plenitude conditions for stable states with uncertain factors.Finally,it is proved that this condition can resultful maintain the safety level of the inventory system under demand uncertainty.In this paper,the distributed model prediction controller designed for the supply chain inventory management system under the information sharing delay can effectively reduce the inventory risk,strengthen the information transmission and sharing among the supply chain enterprises,and maintain the safe inventory level.
