| With increasing global warming and human activities,the marine environment is deteriorating rapidly and coral reef ecosystems are facing unprecedented threats to their survival.Under the influence of rising sea water temperature and environmental pollution,coral diseases such as coral bleaching are becoming increasingly serious,and the species of endangered marine organisms continue to increase.The degradation of coral reefs has a great impact on the survival of reef-dwelling organisms and human production and livelihood.At present,ecological and environmental problems have become the primary problems that plague the sustainable development of human society and economy today.Therefore,it is urgent to protect the coral reef ecosystem and maintain the ecological stability of coral reefs.In order to deeply explore the stability of coral reef ecosystem and achieve effective ecological restoration effect,the analysis method based on computer graph model has become one of the hot research directions in the field of coral reef ecological protection.The analysis method based on graph model refers to modeling the research object through graph model,and using graph computing technology to analyze and calculate on the basis of the constructed model,so as to provide support for actual business applications.In this context,the stability analysis of coral reef ecosystem and the formulation of protection and restoration strategies are mainly faced with three problems: 1.Based on the information of various marine biological data,how to quantify interspecific relationships in coral reef ecosystems and construct an appropriate research model that can effectively represent ecological linkages among organisms;2.In the process of analyzing the stability of coral reef ecosystem,how to achieve the metric of the change of its internal biological community through accurate and efficient community similarity quantification calculation;3.How to formulate a more reasonable artificial resource allocation scheme when conducting artificial auxiliary restoration of key protected areas of coral reef ecosystem.To address the above problems,this paper takes the biological population in the coral reef ecosystem as the main research object,proposes a symbiotic graph construction method,realizes accurate and efficient quantitative similarity calculation of biological communities in the coral reef ecosystem,and analyzes the stability of the coral reef ecosystem.In addition,based on the results of stability analysis,this paper achieves the reasonable allocation of artificial supplementary resources through resource allocation algorithm for the key protection areas of coral reef ecosystem,and the specific research work is as follows:(1)To address the problems of difficult quantitative representation of biological interspecific relationships in coral reef ecosystems and low efficiency of biological community modeling,this paper achieves the quantification of the strength of interspecific relationships based on the first law of geography and the law of the energy pyramid,and proposes a symbiotic graph modeling method to achieve the efficient modeling of ecological association models between biological populations,laying the foundation for further quantitative calculation of similarity of biological communities in coral reef ecosystems and rational allocation of resources.(2)To address the problems of insufficient consideration and low efficiency and accuracy of traditional methods for quantifying the similarity of biological communities,this paper designs a method that can effectively measure community similarity based on the proposed symbiotic graph model.This method can not only quickly and effectively measure community changes,but also flexibly select comparative information to measure multiple differences in communities,which can provide support for assessing the stability of coral reef ecosystems.(3)To address the difficulty of formulating a reasonable resource allocation strategy,based on the symbiotic graph model and the stability of the community,this paper proposes a resource allocation method,calculates the types and amount of artificial resources to be supplemented in the area to be repaired in the coral reef ecosystem,and realizes the reasonable allocation of artificial resources. |
