As the resources of eastern coal producing areas tend to be exhausted, the coal production center shifts to the west,Jin Shan and Mongolian areas become the main coal producing areas with advantaged resources at present.Under the background of large-scale development of coal resources, the regional groundwater system has been strongly disturbed, and the regional ecology is fragile and the anti-disturbance ability is poor,so the "coal-water" problem has gradually become a key factor restricting the green development and ecological construction of mining areas.Based on the idea of green mining, this study explores the disturbance process of coal mining activities on groundwater system, summarizes the influence factors and their interaction relationship of coal-water coordinated co-mining,calculates the weight of each influence factor, evaluates the coal mine in Hujite mining area, provides direction for regional water resources protection and provides reference for the green development of mining area. The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)Based on the life cycle theory and its connotation, the life cycle of coal-water coordinated co-mining can be divided into three stages, namely, the planning and design stage, the construction and mining stage, and the pit closure and remediation stage, according to the different disturbance degrees of coal mining to groundwater system and other ecological feed-back reactions triggered by coal mining. The underground water system in coal mining area will experience the transformation from natural circulation state, mining disturbance state to post-mining stable state.Based on the change characteristics of underground water system state, the influencing factors of comprehensive benefits of coal-water coordinated development in different life cycles are analyzed and summarized.(2)Based on knowledge graph analysis, existing research results, current standards and norms, and consulting experts in the field,46 potential impact factors affecting the comprehensive benefits of coal-water coordinated development were obtained and identified.Considering the concept connotation and mode of action of the factors themselves, they are divided into six systems, namely geology, nature, mining, ecological environment, coal mine disaster and social economy, and integrated into three stages, including planning and design, construction and mining, and pit closure regulation, and the comprehensive benefit impact index system of coal-water coordinated co-mining of the six systems.(3)Based on the special ecological environment characteristics and resource development status of Hujith mining area,46 key indicators affecting coal-water coordinated co-mining are selected to avoid arbitrariness and randomness and highlight the degree of mutual influence of indicators. The analysis model is constructed by Cone network analysis method(CONe-ANP).The relationship of dependence, feedback and domination among indexes was determined and 35 elements at the base of the cone and 11 elements at the top of the cone were divided.(4)Based on the interaction between different impact indicators, the weight distribution of the impact factors at different stages is solved, and on this basis, the standard norms and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate the level of coal-water coordinated co-mining in coal mines. The evaluation results of coal mines in mining areas are stable at 0.75~0.80,which belongs to the "excellent" level, and there are shortcomings in the comprehensive utilization of mine water. The proportion of total water supply in the whole banner is only 12.1%,and the ratio of comprehensive utilization and water inflow is only 32.6%~39.4%.This study considers that the comprehensive utilization of mine water should be strengthened in the whole process, and the water inflow should be accurately simulated in the planning and design stage and the comprehensive utilization plan should be formulated. In the construction and mining stage, the application of water-retaining coal mining technology and the efficient allocation of mine water are emphasized. In the stage of pit closure, the restoration of water-containing layer and ecological management of mining area are emphasized,so as to further improve the comprehensive benefits of coordinated coal and water mining in Hujite mining area.
