Based on the data of meteorology, land use, soil, remote sensing image,NPP and statistical yearbook,RUSLE model,RWEQ model,In VEST model, grass yield model, geographical detector and correlation analysis were used to analyze the spatial and temporal changes and influencing factors of ecosystem service function in the north piedmont of Yinshan Mountain from 2000 to 2020.The main conclusions are as follows:1.From 2000 to 2020,the average annual amount of windbreak and sand fixation in the north piedmont of Yinshan Mountain was 9.66×10~6t,and the total amount of windbreak and sand fixation in the study area decreased first and then increased. The amount of water conservation decreased first, then increased, then decreased and then increased. The average annual water yield was 1.95 mm.The amount of soil conservation decreased first and then increased, with the lowest in 2005 and the highest in 2020.The average annual soil conservation was 12.31×10~4t.The forage supply decreased first and then increased, and the average annual forage supply was 2.11×10~7t.2.Precipitation factor plays an important role in the distribution of windbreak and sand-fixing amount, and other factors play an auxiliary role. The explanatory power of precipitation factor interaction with other factors on windbreak and sand-fixing amount is significantly strong.Temperature, population density, and the proportion of the tertiary industry in GDP play an important role in the distribution of water conservation, and other factors play an auxiliary role.Temperature, the proportion of the tertiary industry in GDP,and population density interact with other factors to explain water conservation.Temperature and population density have an important influence on the distribution of soil conservation, and other factors play an auxiliary role. The interaction of temperature and population density with other factors has a significant explanatory effect on soil conservation.Air temperature, vegetation coverage and wind speed have an important influence on the distribution of forage supply, and other factors play an auxiliary role. The interaction of air temperature, vegetation coverage and wind speed with other factors has a significant interpretation of forage supply.3.Among the ecosystem service functions in the the north piedmont of Yinshan Mountain, except for the trade-off between the windbreak and sand fixation service and the forage supply service, there is a synergistic relationship between the other services.
